Le Case di San Vitale is located directly across a narrow street from the Basilica of San Vitale, the National Museum, and the Mausoleum of Galla Placida. Other landmarks are within easy walking distance. The entire hotel is spotless. Our room was tastefully furnished and decorated; moreover, it was both functional and comfortable in the extreme. The staff made every effort to make us feel like welcome and valued guests -- and they succeeded.
Breakfast is a cold buffet that offers both quality and variety. Hot beverages are served to order. On occasional evenings, the hotel puts out a small buffet of hors d'oeuvres and beverages. This was an unexpected treat. There are many fine restaurants within several blocks of the hotel. The Mercado Coperto is an enormous covered market at which one can get almost anything to eat and drink that he desires. Quality is the highest, and service exceeds all expectations.
If I could choose but one feature of the hotel to praise, it would have to be the staff. They are simply very nice people who are committed to making sure that their guests enjoy their stays.

This place was so lovely. The room was very relaxing and perfect for jet lag. Great location, walking distance to anything you need or want. Yummy breakfast

The hotel is exquisite and in a beautiful part of Ravenna. Close to everything, and only a 15min walk to the train station. The rooms are beautiful, with frescoes on the ceiling and lovely mosaic tiled bathrooms. There is a reading room with original ceilings and walls, and a very sweet garden with a soft fountain running …. you could sit there all day! We would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, cosy decor with friendly and efficient staff. The menu Is romagnola but you also have weekly and tasting menus. The radicchio and bruciatini salad is to die for - why didn't I think of this? The swordfish with tomatoes and capers fresh and light with 2 big slices! Large servings for an Italian restaurant. Dessert menu is limited for those with sweet tooth. Can't wait to come back and try other dishes.

The place is fantastic : very clean, quiet, in front of San Vitale (we had a room with a view on the church), very charming decoration, beautiful furniture, bed linen but most of all the hosts are adorable, professional and give you the best advices. Thank you Samantha, We hope to be back soon.
