Hotel staff are friendly, polite and eager to help you.
Room is clean and comfortable. However, adding a kettle and couple of teabags a d sugar would be useful.
The breakfast menu has nice variety matching all tastes.
The hotel location next to the train station makes commuting very convenient.

Very nice stay. Would like to give a special shout out to Veronica at the breakfast buffet. She was very accommodating and each day went and steamed soy milk for me so I could have it With my coffee. Thanks Veronica!

This hotel in Parma was a wonderful surprise. Spacious and spotless throughout, with large, beautifully decorated rooms that feel inviting and comfortable. The staff were warm and professional, and we loved that pets are welcome. Just a short walk from the city center, yet quiet enough to relax, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A perfect stay for exploring Parma

Excellent location. Close to the train without any noise. Clean, polite and helpful staff. Shout out to the bar for friendly, sociable service. Balconies are a bit basic with a concrete bench. Great balcony privacy but could use a spruce up. Green treats vouchers like a soda from the bar if you forgo cleaning your room by putting a note on your door.

This was a very nice modern hotel. Clean rooms nice size. The location is excellent right at the train station of Parma. We walked easily into the city center with no issues. Very safe and accommodating. If you do any tours they pick up in front of this hotel.

Very convenient hotel next to the Parma train station and a 15 minute walk into downtown. A little too fancy for my needs, we paid $130 for one night pretty last minute.
The hotel and facilites are very nice. I think some of the design choices needed a little more thought; such as the half cover for the shower/bath (and a hole for all the water to leak through) and the sink spout being a little low so if you have big hands it’s hard to wash them, or you knock them around the bottom of the sink.
Overall, very nice stay. There’s a refrigerator, fitness center, and plenty of towels. They will also hold luggage before check in and after check out which is a really nice perk.

Be very careful with the housekeeping service. We stayed for two nights and checked out at 12:30 PM. At 2:00 PM, we called the hotel because we knew we had left a hoodie in the room. They told us to call back the next day because housekeeping had left early in the morning (which is impossible since we left the hotel at 1:00 PM and there were housekeepers). The next day, we called and the hoodie never appeared. Clearly, someone at the hotel decided to keep it. We had a very bad experience and it is clearly impossible to trust the staff at this hotel.

Like any hotel the housekeeping staff are the ones you see the most.
I found the women in housekeeping were very friendly, very happy to help you with what you needed. They always had a smile for the guests which makes a huge difference.

Good location, about a 10-15 minutes walk to center of Parma. Parking available in the garage and also the train station is just next door. Rooms were very comfy and bathroom very clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the quality was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful and gave great tipps for restaurants

Super convenient location by the train station and for the parmesan cheese tour pick up. Good breakfast here too.
Rooms were decent size, but not super clean. Lots of cobwebs and spiders throughout our room. Brown stains were on the towels. Asked the front desk for clean towels and they said they would bring them up to the room but did not.
Asked to buy more water bottles too before we headed out for our tour since we drank all the water in our room already from outdoor walks to sites, but the front desk guy said we only get the water that is initially in our room. Which is odd, cause I was willing to pay and buy more water bottles.
