Be very careful with the housekeeping service. We stayed for two nights and checked out at 12:30 PM. At 2:00 PM, we called the hotel because we knew we had left a hoodie in the room. They told us to call back the next day because housekeeping had left early in the morning (which is impossible since we left the hotel at 1:00 PM and there were housekeepers). The next day, we called and the hoodie never appeared. Clearly, someone at the hotel decided to keep it. We had a very bad experience and it is clearly impossible to trust the staff at this hotel.

I don't understand the positive feedback.
By looking at the comments and the photos we have booked the hotel for 2 nights.
Reception was good, to be honest the most positive thing about the hotel. Parking at the hotel was not recommended by staff which is weird to begin with but as the station parking was just around the corner which also got cctv we were fine with it.
The corridor was dark and worn. The room was quite spacious, but the interior also used and cleaning seems like not priority. Desk was dirty, one of the glasses at the minibar was dirty and gross. The bathroom was cleaned at the very surface but it seems like no deep cleaning happened for a very long time. The bathtub had black mold and covered in limescale...absolutely a no no for a 4 stars hotel.
If we would not have to pay cancellation fee I would have cancelled even before our first night there.
Would never return and can't recommend it. Please consider wisely before booking this hotel.
Update: To be fair with the hotel, the following morning we provided feedback on the moldy bathroom (including pictures) and were promptly upgraded. The bathroom in the new room was not moldy, but still limescale all over the place and cleaning was done on the most obvious spots only.
The complementary breakfast was good. The croissants were lovely. But there was not sufficient staff to cater for the many people waiting to be seated or at the coffee machine which ran out of water.
Bottomline...still not worth a 4 stars hotel for me. If you are lucky enough to get a room with clean bathroom happy for you!

The reception for some reason doesn’t speak english with us, even though she knows how to speak:( continuously talk with other late coming customers and take phone calls. Very rude!
