Charging for a shuttle bus when having a hotel near the airport is a crime.

We had to stay in this hotel because our flight got cancelled. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport and thus very convenient.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, as is to be expected from a four star hotel. The bed was excellent and the bathroom had all necessary amenities.
We had dinner in the hotel in the evening, which was fine, but certainly not memorable. Staff in the hotel restaurant could be a bit more attentive though. I guess they were not expecting this many customers to arrive for a later dinner.

The room was clean but visibly worn down. Some cracking in the walls and discoloration but nothing to worry about. The check in process was easy and we were able to get the airport shuttle easily in the morning

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is quite exceeding our expectations. Food quality is good and price reasonable.

I stayed here one night. It is considered an airport hotel but you must take a taxi or shuttle from the airport which cost $13-$40 euro depending on the number of people. The hotel has a shuttle is not free. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English as well. The rooms were cramped and there was no place to relax in the room. There was one straight chair and it was difficult to sit up on the bed because of a wood railing along the wall. Really it was just a place to sleep. The only place to sit comfortably was the lobby area. There is a small cafe and a restaurant that opened at 6:30 pm for dinner. There was quite a bit of noise through the walls both from construction during the day and activity from other rooms could be heard clearly as well.

Our room was very modern and seemed upscale. However, our air conditioning unit did not work so it was quite uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night and we probably should have complained to the staff about the AC, so that’s our fault for not bringing it to their attention. Location wise it’s not close to any restaurants for dining. The restaurant inside the hotel was closed for lunch and dinner the night we stayed.

We needed to catch a 4am shuttle. We were assured there would be coffee in the lobby (not the undrinkable nescafe in the rooms) through the night continuously, as there should be for early morning international travelers. They said all hours, there was coffee and they said also that at 3 am there would be coffee. There was no coffee until 4 am when we had to leave. The staff didn't care or apologize that we were given misinformation; they shrugged. The price for two people, who shared a room, on the shuttle so close to the airport was RIDICULOUS! it was close to

Location is close to the airport and they offer shuttle to the airport back and forth. Location is a bit far away from town, however there are different bus routes you can take and a straight bus ( no 87) you can take from across the hotel stay. I’ve used google maps and it was pretty accurate and I could move across town and around the hotel without any issues. If you wanna take the bus you will need to buy tickets from town as they are cheaper around €1.50 for 70 min and if you add contactless ones it is €2.20. There are options for a day pass and you can use it for any bus. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket at 10 min walk in case you need toiletries or other stuff to buy. Hotel room is nice and clean with new furniture. Restaurant staff and receptionists are nice and very welcoming. Food is amazing, delicious and fresh. Quite a good location in case you wanna hop on hop off or just to stay for a bit.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary continental breakfast the next morning and for €15 we were given a shuttle ride to the airport. We also enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant.
