Hotel Cannes - in pieno centro

We went on holiday to this hotel (B&B?) which is strategically located in Riccione: I think it has great potential (or could have it) because I believe that here those who have bread have no teeth. Aside from fairly comfortable rooms and an acceptable breakfast, the catering part leaves much to be desired... I would consider it at the level of a canteen for misfits, certainly not worthy of a hotel by the sea. Exhausted, we had to opt for two dinners outside that were beyond our budget. All this in a second location in a second obsolete hotel that was located 100 meters further on because the restaurant room at the Cannes does not exist as requested on booking. No buffet, no cooked vegetables, no fresh fish, no piadina romagnola. In short... they could make a greater effort and invest part of the proceeds better to satisfy their customers who invest their savings, perhaps with great sacrifice, in these holidays. I thank Mrs. Candida for all this. Except for the night porter... someone who knows how to face reality.

Convenient location, very kind and professional staff, well-maintained cleaning, very small but clean rooms, basic bathroom, exceptional breakfast, dinner to be forgotten: cold appetizers poor and of poor quality, first course: horrible paccheri allo scoglio with overcooked pasta and horrible sauce and almost lukewarm pesto prepared well in advance, second course: peppered mussels to forget...

Wonderful location closer to everything (train station, beach, main street) but still quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, strong wifi and air con. Very clean and nice balcony with clothes line.
