Service and reception was superb. The hotel was very clean and location was very close to.the beach.

I giving 4 stars only because its not a luxury hotel but I really enjoyed my saying there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy. The hotel has amazing location. The beach is 3 minutes of walk distance, bars, restaurants 2 minutes away also the airport only 25-30 minutes walk. Absolute perfection 😌

They cancelled my reservation because my card failed in authorization, as they say, even though I have chosen an option to pay on the spot.

just ok very pricey for the quality, small room, small bathroom, a bit old facility.
Staff was ok but as soon you have a complain they going nuts on you, not professional management.

Hotel Austria had one of the better ratings for budget accommodations in the Rimini area, so we decided to book it. We were completely blown away by not only the rooms, but also by the service and the staff. Rooms were cleaned, and sheets were replaced daily. Staff was incredibly accommodating, polite and professional. Breakfast was good, and ran for a longer period of time then most of the other hotels in the area. If I am ever in Rimini again, Hotel Austria will be my first choice in accommodation for any period of time.

Unbelievable good quality for such a low price. Location is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room and bathroom were very clean and nice (I had my own balcony with a wonderful view). Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful (I especially remember Fabio and Svetlana). I definitely recommend it.
