Hotel Galles is a very cheap but good hotel, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff is also very nice and friendly. We were very happy with the hotel.

Breakfast is small, towellchange is once in two days. it is really cold in the room not in summer, and theres no way to fix it. Small problems take days for personnel to solve

Kind of dirty and moist smelling. The rooms are not nice and not confortable to sleep in. Water not drinkable...

Four months ago,I lost my wallet in the room of the hotel. And the manager said they were irresponsible for my lost. And told me to go home with calm.... And they saw the surveillance camera the other day told me they only saw the staff has been my room. And then they block my phone number.... They saw that i am a foreigner and couldn't speak italian very well .So they were so impatient to me. I really had an awful experience here. Not only for my lost and also for their awful attitude. They think I have responsability for the things in the room, they don'have it. But I wanna ask without responsability how to manage a hotel well. I went the police office and I did everything I can do.... I just hope there is no other person will have such a speechless experience.
