The family-run hotel with large car Park is situated in a quiet location just 150 m from the sea. Equipped with all comforts for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Adriatic coast.
Location: Rimini, 10 minutes walk from railway station, 50 m from bus stop, 3 km from the airport.
Consists of one 4-storey building.

The room was exactly as they said at the reception, but the bed was uncomfortable, it was impossible to sleep on it. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything (children crying, bathing, door slamming - even in the middle of the night!)
The furniture is very old, outdated. The rooms could use a thorough renovation.
Before leaving the room, the cleaning lady came in to clean, even though all our belongings were still there (we only went down for breakfast).
The air conditioner should be cleaned sometimes, it was moldy.
Breakfast quality was low.

I had a holiday here with my family. Good location to the beach 150m. There are many establishments nearby and plenty to choose from. The rooms are small, clean, cleaned daily. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is monotonous in the form of a buffet but it is enough to stock up on energy for the evening.
Cons. Small car park near the hotel, so if there is no space you will have to park nearby (300m) on a paid site.
Nearby are hotels with swimming pools that smell terribly of hydrogen sulphide.
P.S I am completely satisfied with the holiday. If you are not picky about the little things, I recommend to visit

A quaint but dated little hotel with modest facilities. Rooms are basic but clean and fresh. Breakfast is ample with plenty of choice in order to set you up for the day ahead. Reception staff are lovely though and so helpful.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent location, very close to the beach, bus stop, parking area, shops and restaurants. A bit old fashion and simple rooms, some of them with poor view. A/C available. Good value of money.

This hotel is situated near Rimini and the beach. I love the area even though I expected not to because it's so busy. The hotel is old fashioned, but everything is clean. There was a great selection at breakfast. The free wifi is fantastic. I recommend this hotel if you want somewhere cheap.
