The property advertised having free bike hire but the receptionist claimed never to have heard of this and was dismissive
The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told me to phone them myself (panic attack at this point as I need to get to the airport in time for check in which I luckily have). This is a cheap hotel for a cheap stay in Rimini - dont expect any luxuries.
