The elegant hotel, one of the best in Rimini, located in the 19th-century Villa and surrounded by a small garden. The hotel has a good reputation among tourists visiting the hotel, thanks to the high quality of service.
Location: in the centre of Rimini, in Marina Centro, near the sea, 1 km from the railway station of Rimini, 10 km from Rimini airport, 3 km from the new exhibition centre. In 15 minutes walking you will reach the Roman amphitheater.
Only 50 rooms (standard rooms and mini-apartments with kitchen).
Beach: own sandy, 150 m from the hotel, 2 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee.

On the hotel territory: restaurant, bar, TV lounge with a Russian channel, conference room (max 40 person), Parking, outdoor heated Jacuzzi in the garden (31.05-06.09)

Breakfast is various and tasty!
Rooms are old, would need a refresh, but the cleaning service is very good and happens every days so it is making a best choice when you think about money/ value report.
PROS:
Location- it is placed in a strategic location where u can forget about your car and just walk in any place easily
Cost- not expensive
Staff- mainly kind but intransigent if you demand something out of the scheme
Breakfast- very diverse in types of food but mainly italian oriented with 80% of sweets. Coffee is not bad.
CONS
Room at last mine was very small and mattress not confortable. During night is frequent to hear sounds and noises fom the neighbors. The forniture should be updated.
Elevator- obsolete lifts one person per time and is super slow.
Parking - even if you check out on time the car have to be removed at 10 am. No way to stay more even if you ask to pay for the additional time.
Swimmingpool.... It is a jacuzzy nothing more.
Overal
Taken individually all the above points might think to a negative review. However the main parameter that is pivotal here is the price. Spending 50 euro for a single room can not come along with a 5 stars service and facilities. This is a nice place to spend a night or a week end without big expectation but using a low budget. It is a value for money place.
Room#102 on the first floor = 7 points out of 10. All sounds are heard from outside and from above neighbours.
Cleaning daily. 10 points.
Air conditioner in the room 10points.
WiFi in the room very poor or no connection.
I told them I am OK to pay but don't play me a fool.
Bad customer service. 😣
