Hotel Harmony in Rimini

Room was clean and modern. I liked the balcony.
Location is good, not far from center, supermarket around, restaurants and beach about 5min walking distance.
Unfortunately we had bad experience with the staff of the hotel. On arrival they didn't seemed very kind or welcoming. Noone informs you about the check-out hour or about the wifi password or anything at all. We requested 2 taxis for me and my fiance 1 day in advance. Receptionist called and confirmed that it will be done. When it was time for my check out I went on reception to leave the key. The guy there didn't spoke English but he wanted me to pay the city tax which I expected. The problem is that the city tax cost 2 euro per night per person and as we stayed 3 nights x 2 people we had to pay 12 euro. Even in booking that was written but he asked for 22. He got the money and didn't gave me receipt. We definitely got scammed with this. I paid it because whatever I said was not understood at all and I needed to leave for the airport but next turns out that my taxi was not ordered and yea definitely not a pleasent experience. I would add also that this hotel is very very loud. Since 4 am till after midnight you can hear knocking, noises etc etc that are very loud or even happening in front of your room. (I am talking about the hotel and not the surrounding street). Douche cabin is too small so if anyone who is more weight would probably struggle. No glasses in the room and no table at the balcony. We are never going to repeat our stay at this hotel and I strongly advise other people who want rest and chill also not to.
