I had a great stay at Hotel Villa Merope.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from a beautiful beach and many restaurants.
The facilities may not be the newest, but they are really well-maintained and super clean, making it the perfect place to stay.

I had an awful experience with this hotel’s customer service. They initially charged me a 100% cancellation fee, even though I never stayed at the hotel. They processed the full amount just because they had my card on file, without any proper communication or consideration.
When I contacted them to address this issue, the receptionist was incredibly rude and even yelled at me during the call. After a lot of back and forth, they finally reduced the fee to 30%, but this only happened after unnecessary arguments and stress.
The way they handled this situation was extremely unprofessional. Hospitality businesses should prioritize their guests, not take advantage of them and treat them disrespectfully. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest management take serious steps to improve their customer service and staff behavior.

Villa Meroppe is an inexpensive, economy-class hotel. for those who do not mind certain disadvantages, they can confidently choose, since the price-quality ratio is good. we give a total of 7 points out of 10. Pros: very close to the sea and all the nightlife. even an ice cream shop was only 50 meters away. The city center is a bit further, but it can also be reached on foot. There are shops with food and other goods nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was filling and sufficient, but the same menu all the time. time to refresh your photos. there was tea only 1 time out of all 5 days. Very accommodating and nice and helpful staff! The room is cleaned daily, clean, towels are changed daily. Cons: everything can be heard behind the wall, even when the door is slammed. Very small and hot bath. The shower opening is blocked. The hot water runs out only after 10 minutes. Breakfast is the same every day from a hot menu.

Extremely good price/quality ratio. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Railway station was quite close and beach even closer. But maybe the best thing was very good and versatile breakfast. They surprised me also with gluten free options.

Really lovely and helpful staff, great breakfast, good value for money, really close to the beach and all the restaurants. The rooms have everything you may need: fridge aircon small balcony, tv. Only downside is outdated furniture and beds a bit noisy when closing rooms doors but considering the location and money it is a really good choice. Will definitely go back.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is so nice, friendly, helpful. Breakfast delicious, good quality. I love their delicious coffee!!! And everything! Close to the beach, restaurants. The room clean. We feel there like at home. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my family for a week in this hotel and I felt better than at home! Cleanliness at the highest level, infinite kindness! A stone's throw from the center and with car parking! What can I say to go back immediately !! Excellent value for money !!

A nice, clean villa with small rooms. Breakfast is very good, friendly staff, very nice people. The bathroom is however very small, with the shower in the only free space available via curtain. If that does not bother you, it's the perfect place to stay, cheap prices, perfect location, 50m to the beach.
