Very nice experience

I booked a room at this hotel and I found the owner switched me to another hotel which is 3 building near Cortina hotel.
Overall the other hotel is ok but the personnel is unfriendly and also they keep the coffee machine unreachable it means everytime you want a coffee you need to ask them .
To be honest next time in case if I will visit Rimini I will check another option.

The owner is completely unfriendly and doesn't accept criticism that simply he runs the place with unfriendly attitude and he doesn't try to be nice with the guests however anyone tries to leave notes about his or her time there, he is just attacking!

Family run hotel! Excellent quality food and always abundant dishes, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful! I have been coming here for many years and have always had a great time. When you do one-star reviews just to write two things just to... use first names and surnames not nicknames of menga, those are fake reviews! Highly recommended!!!

Hotel 150 meters from the sea .. the bus stop for the train station / hotel is convenient
five minutes ... super fresh and clean .. fresh and spacious dining room with relaxing garden .. Romagna cuisine ... atmosphere, tranquility and kindness .. beach service agreement .. where at Lido 28 there is a tropical style music space where for free we danced great every day, Latin, salsa and all kinds of dance ... swimming .. ping pong..and dancing we had so much fun..etc..etc 😉 ..

We stayed for 6 nights full board with our baby and our 4-legged friend. Excellent price quality, welcoming staff ready to solve any problems. Nice room only drawback the shower a bit 'too small. Also nice is the small courtyard at the entrance with tables and umbrellas where you can enjoy a coffee and have a chat in the cool. Excellent cuisine. Recommended!

From the owner to the employees a lot of kindness and availability. Hospitality is their forte. Location of the hotel is excellent, the food is great (even if my family and I for 2 days we stayed we preferred more than anything else to eat out)

Discreet very kind staff. Clean rooms even if the furniture is a bit 60's style.

Nothing luxury but it's small, clean and quiet place. There are free safe and air conditioner that you can control by yourself. Good location - 10 minutes to the beach. Very friendly owner Marco. The food was ok, nothing special, but it will be ok if you love pasta and meat, always can get white or red wine.

Good location for the beach, not too far from the station, the double room was good size but bathroom tiny.
