Good location, but an upgrade of the facilities is needed. Noisy neighbors and cleaning staff.

Very pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a strategic position for the center of Rimini and for the beach. Too bad for the parking lot which was already full upon our arrival. The hotel is nice, not ultramodern, but nothing is missing. The top breakfast, abundant and suitable for any food requirement.

Amazing !!! A tour de force of images and emotions! Starting from the exquisiteness of the staff: the welcome at the Reception directly from the owner, very nice, kind, beautiful and extremely professional, not to mention that few times in my life I have found staff who manage to meet the needs of the customer so easily.
After a day of partying, I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's unexpected cuisine, the chef and his right arm, a blonde girl, cooked a spectacular garlic, oil and chilli spaghetti (I asked for the trio), and a chicken alla heavenly devil! And they also offered me the dessert (I attach photos). In a unique setting of relaxation and fun !!! Very good! I will recommend it to everyone !!!

Rooms are too small and tight and pretty ugly. Light in the bathroom not working, everything is pretty old and ugly. And the food is really awful, please don't book full pansion.

Rimini is an beautifull seaside resort with old centre. We wanted to stay more days so we had to find an hotel. Hotel New Primula meeted our wishes, specious terrace where you can relax, clean rooms, good tasty food breakfast, lunch and diner. My wife had to eat diet, no problem.
Very friendly owners and staff. Distance to sea and old city centre perfect.
I can surely rec ommend you this hotel. We stayed april 2018.
