Good situation about a 15 min walk from the station and about 10 mins down to the front. Only stayed 1 night and spent minimal time in the hotel. Very friendly staff, reasonable breakfast. Price good. Room was very dated however. It did the job for me for 1 night but I wouldn't wish to stay for an extended stay.

I liked breakfasts! They are really good.
The administration is nice and always helpful.
I’d just recommend to put shelves in the shower.

Very old hotel. All hotel smells from toilette. Poor breakfast, only one slice of ham and one slice of cheese and one peace of hard/old bread. No brioche, no eggs, no sausages, no friuts and vegetabes. Small room for 3 persones. It doesn't deserves 3 stars. Cold water in bathroom. And air conditiner need 20 minutes to start work. It was cold.

Location the best in Como but everything else second rate or worse. A very aged hotel, with clientele almost as old as the building. Can't recommend based on other options around.

Beautiful room and more than anything spacious bathroom, our other family members and friends didn't get as lucky with the rooms as we did tho. Great breakfast loved it and Gabriel the guy that was there every morning very nice and professional, gave me gluten free options and he didn't have to. Atik the guy at the reception at night also very professional and always took the best care of us. Stefan another guy at the reception at night very very sweet and took great care. What I didn't like is that we didn't know we would pay for our dogs staying at the hotel in advance because it wasn't written anywhere but they cut the price for us which was very nice of them. Also that they didn't tell us the parking will be charged at the end of the stay and practically made us go park there and lied they told me (the young girl), but she didn't. As for the rest I really love the location and also the cleaning lady is the cutest.

Stuff tells you that you can't be parking on the street in front of the hotel and takes you to park in their private parking lot belonging to the hotel with a smile on their face but they don't tell you you will have to pay for it at the end of your stay. Then when you call them out on it the young girl lies that she told the other person about it but she didn't. Fraud mentality and I'm half Italian I know what I'm talking about.

The food was often burnt and the Breakfast had cold scrambled eggs and only baked goods. The rooms are very small and the doors very noisy, at night you will constantly by the noise of the other hotel guests awake.

The rooms are not very big but there is everything you need for a weekend. The rooms are clean and equipped with tv, the only thing the conditioner does not have remote control but it is the reception that manages it.
The food is good, well cooked and well proportioned.
The staff here are knowledgeable, efficient and available......eye to the pranks of Gabriel.......
