Stayed here for a couple of weeks. Nice room with a balcony and view. Staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Would like to say thank you to Sharon, Andreea, Alina and all other hotel staff for a warm and welcoming stay. Breakfast was lovely. Should be 5 star. Would recommend. Staff are a credit to this hotel

We spent a week in this hotel. Wonderful staff! Everyone is so nice and helpful (shout out to Vanessa she helped us so much!!). However, one important thing is that the walls are very thin so you hear everything from the outside and from the hallways. If you’re not a good sleeper it might cause problems. The breakfast wad okay, not what we expected but okay. The location is perfect and the rooms are clean always. The lady who cleaned our rooms was also so so nice. We loved it here.❤️

It was awesome! The rooms were clean and they cleaned it every day! The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind we loved that one week here! The breakfast was soo good so shoutout to the kitchen! And also a big shoutout to Vanessa! Give her a raise!!!

Located only 2 minutes away from the beach, this hotel has very friendly and helpful staff and a great value-for-money breakfast. The rooms are a little outdated and the hotel and the adjoint street are quite noisy. However, the location is good and the people working there are incredible. There are many nice Restaurants nearby, there is a self service laundromat just across the street and the beach is beautiful.

Definitely would stay here again. Great location, good sized room, comfy. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Great value for money. Brilliant breakfast wish we'd looked longer at what was on the plate as the American breakfast is a good choice for my English husband. Lovely staff. Views we're so good from the nice balcony area in room. Shutters for darkening the room. Really enjoyed how close they are to many restaurants. Definitely one to return.

The room was nice, with a big terrace with beautiful sea view. The staff are absolutely amazing, really lovely and really helpful. The hotel is in great destination, there is metro station and a train station very close by, so you can travel to other places like Venice, San Marino, Florence etc. The beach is beautiful, very long and wide with sunbeds and pedalos for the active ones. There are lots of restaurants, the best and closest one we always went to was Ricci. There is a bar on the beach, with a disco every night. Great place we will definitely come back to.
