Hotel San Paolo in Rimini

I give a star because the "embarrassing" button is not there ... experience because then we are talking about an experience, horrible !!! Shameful everything starting from the rooms, I state that they had sent us photos of the room probably stolen from another hotel because it was not in the least like this, in 4 inside a room probably for 2, room stained with blood and strange stains ... as soon as we entered the room we found hair in the sink, in a period where hygiene is the only thing that matters, I could go advanced but I don't want to waste any more time, horrible I advise against it at all

I give a star because zero is not possible. When I arrived inside the hotel, I was not given the room saying that my reservation was not inside the computer. Afterwards the girl who works at the reception called me back stating that she had found my room. The room in question was dirty (bed full of crumbs, bidet full of dirty water, dirty sink with a dirty towel inside as well). Low quality food and some dishes proposed in the following days ("house cake" given for 4 days in a row). We have repeatedly pointed out that the elevator button on the second floor did not work but there was no response. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for the lack of care they have towards their customer.

The only note of merit is that the Hotel is in a good position with respect to the sea.
The rooms (we were 4) are inadequate in terms of space for large groups. The surface of the room was almost entirely occupied by the beds and consequently placing the suitcases on the ground is very complicated and therefore we were forced to keep the suitcases closed and put them all together in one space. When we had to open the suitcases we were forced to open them on our beds.
The service was mediocre. Room cleaning was poor, clean but stained towels and sheets (my sheets were stained with blood). Cleaning the bathroom and the non-existent floor.
Very rude the owner at the reception. Only the night porter, Edoardo, who is very nice and courteous, is saved.
The lift is not in very good condition, it makes noise and is very slow.
I put two stars only for the location of the Hotel and the view from the balcony, I didn't like everything else.
