We spent two wonderful weeks at La Melosa Resort and SPA. Our room with a private garden was lovely, and we truly enjoyed the lush greenery and beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the beauty of Tuscany.

Very nice agroturismo! Pool area is well kept and clean and the included morning buffet offers a variety of high quality local ingredients. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms have a nice cool temperature without AC even in the very hot summer months since they use an alternative cooling system through the floor.

Nice rooms, cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, not extremely varied, but good for a short stay. The location is a little far from everything, so you definetelly need a car. The dinner restaurant was good and the staff was lovely. A little bit pricey though. Overall, good for a nice, relaxing short stay.

Visiting of the resort was really beautiful even during the September's weather conditions. I have nothing to say only I would recommend more vegetarian/vegan meals at the restaurant. Anyways lovely place to stay with your loves one. I'm exciting to come back with my whole family to go there and show them all of these beautiful places in Tuscany. Love Italy.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three days in July. Excellent hospitality, all the staff are very kind. Clean room, comfortable bed, relatively large shower. We booked with smartbox, so we also included two dinners at the Le Cave restaurant. The noodles were exquisite and so was the encore of black pig. The location is good for seeing many things around there.

Excellent welcome at the reception with detailed explanation of the services followed by accompaniment by Patrizia to see the various locations that can be used during the stay. Excellent experience, an estate made up of independent structures where peace and the right privacy reign. Immersed in the nature of a wood with swimming pool, where you can fully relax. The path to get there includes a few kilometers of dirt road, which, if you plan to leave the house several times a day to explore the surroundings, can be a bit uncomfortable, but it's worth it. The environment is very good and unique, but the truffle digging activity is a scam. I suspect it was pre-set. The front desk is likely to overcharge. You must check the bill. But the hotel is very unique and the room is comfortable. The service is a bit of a scam.

I travel often and can say that this is the one of the best hotels in Italy. If you like luxury staying, blowing air full of flower aromas, Michelin 2024 restaurant and high class wines - this place is it. Will come again for sure!

An almost perfect experience. We experienced a car accident during the trip, but the hotel arranged and handled the whole process. The food service was also great, especially the Margherita pizza and T-bone steak.

Hotel is old and in bad need for a renovation. Air conditions marginally working. The swimming pool is of decent size and clean. Breakfast is very limited in choice and low in quality. Coffee is the only decent choice. The restaurant is of good quality and very reasonably priced.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Armando at the reception was very kind and always very helpful. The other staff we encountered were also always very considerate. The room was really clean as well as comfortable. The view from our room was fabulous. There is free parking at the hotel and the walk into town takes about five minutes.

Relais Le Macine is a beautiful hideaway perfectly situated in the countryside near Siena for day trips through Tuscany. Quiet, birds chirping and a lovely pool to cool off after a day in the sun. But most notable is the staff - Manuel, Margherita and Agostino. What an amazing trio - so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend

This was one of the nicest and most peaceful places we have ever stayed, the staff were consummate professionals, and we felt extremely well taken care of with the small details. Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. Only disadvantage, the apartments do not have mosquito nets, which are highly needed.

The room is in third floor without elevator and it is difficult for any seniors with a luggage. The room was cluttered with too many old things. Very small shower stall but it functions well. Heating works well. Very efficient and kind communications. Nice old kitchen in the second floor but we didn’t use it.

The building is lovely - traditional Italian construction with big Chestnut beams in the ceiling. The owner/manager is very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

I stayed after a day of driving from Florence. Arriving in front of the hotel with a car can be difficult. There’s really only one way into that street. Don’t use any of the mapping systems available. They will send you down small streets that cannot be traveled in an automobile. Once arriving, the staff was fantastic. The hotel is easy to get to , has a private parking lot. Being able to park and not drive in the narrow streets was a blessing. We had a fabulous 4 day honeymoon stay at this hotel. The location is so convenient in the town. The room is large and views unbeatable. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location and wonderful staff!

We stayed one night at this small hotel at the entrance to the old city. The staff were lovely. Helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. Our room was basic but well appointed and the amenities indicated that thought and care had gone into them. Breakfast was basic but good, and the espresso made to order was very good. I would recommend this place for a one or two nights stay without hesitation.
