This is a wonderful place!! I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Rooms complete with every comfort, the kitchen is nothing short of special, all excellent! A very nice place, where reign peace and tranquility. Our room, a double, was really spacious and clean. Very comfortable the bed. The farm also has a swimming pool. Very kind owner! Attention to the indications: google maps makes you enter from the "back" part of the farm, while the main entrance is located along the provincial road (the road to reach the farm is not very paved).

We enjoyed being outdoors. The service was very good. We picked the tasting menu with mixed reviews. The puffs with sausage and chestnut were excellent, soup was OK, didn't care for the egg dish, ravioli with beet was good, duck was tough but delicious, rabbit and chicken disappointing, dessert was good. We stumbled across this great restaurant on a longer drive. Ambitious cooking making great pasta with their own signature going outside the otherwise, good but repetitive, local pasta served everywhere else. Very fresh and tasty pastas beautifully presented. We had lunch but on the backside there seems to be a larger terrace with great views of the hills.

Exceptional food and service. This is a gem of a place. There is a lovely garden in the back so I would recommend sitting there, rather than close to the road. We were served paccheri pasta with fresh ricotta and cinnamon 😱...exquisite. For second course we had roasted pheasant of some sort which was equally mouth watering served with seasonal roasted veg. On arrival my wife and I had a general feeling of story book hospitality and setting. With our late arrival the owner stayed late to greet us with a warm welcome and a tour of the property. The story was complete however when after a wonderful breakfast the next morning we found a tiny fawn wandering near the breakfast veranda that was adapted by the staff after being abandoned. Our dog was not only tolerated but warmly welcomed which makes every pet owner happy. Villa Fillinelle is an incredible estate, perfectly located amidst beautiful nature. The estate is a really old villa, but it's very comfortable and special to be there. Scenic, nice property. Not very accessible strongly suggest a car. Taxis are hard to get. Swimming pool is not heated but good size and clean. Local town is a few kms away but hard to get to on foot.

The place is a true corner of paradise, completely isolated on the top of a hill with stunning views around, Vines and olive trees cover the gentle rolling hills. Plenty of outdoor seating with free benches, gazebos and deck chairs are available to complete the relax. A bottle of local wine was kindly offered as a courtesy welcome.

The lovely lady who was the manager was so pleasant to deal with. We happened to see a hot air balloon rising one morning and she organised for us to be up the following morning with the same company. Brilliant! The name La Fiaba is perfect for Simone's house, it is a somewhat magical but real place, if you are lucky you might see a deer at dawn under your bedroom window! Simone welcomes you with a smile and his love for his land and his home shines through, which is warm and in the objects that Simone collects and furnishes it with, there is Tuscany. Completed a wonderful cooking lesson with Anna (who has a great backstory). Learned numerous authentic cooking tips through the session and enjoyed our incredible tiramisu and hand-made fettuccine.

Nice location with friendly people, room fully renovated, good breakfast. Nice village to go out when returning from excursions, with a lot of options for food and drink. Would like a bit more spacious room. Recommended!

Apartment is close to both Siena and Florence making it a great choice for anyone exploring Tuscany. Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful and provided us with great tips.

For the price it is a great b & b. The flaw is the soundproofing of the room. At night you can hear everything that happens in the structure, it would be enough to put at least some gaskets around the door. The bathroom, although clean, is too small without a bidet and with a built-in shower. If the goal is to spend a night on the fly it is the right place ... for a vacation ... umhhh

Great B&B, very clean, we had booked a room with 1 bunk bed, small but with a nice balcony from which to see the stars and relax. Very clean bathroom, there is no bidet, including shampoo, soap and towel. Very convenient breakfast included, everyone gets by and there is a lot of choice. Really nice area, in a beautiful village. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
