Highly recommended for incredible value rooms and delicious food & wine. The staff were friendly & super helpful, the room huge with a very comfortable large bed and the food proper tuscan fare that was exceptional. Overall there was nothing more we could've asked for, sadly didn't have time to use the spa but the pool looked great with stunning views.

Nice hotel to make a base to explore Chianti region. Rooms were clean and comfy. However it would be better if there is tea / coffee making facility in the room. Breakfast had good selection of pastries and cakes. Coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work for all 3 days we were there. Pool was closed for the season but views from the pool are amazing .

Incredible hospitality from the hotel and all the team, they couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. Happily welcomed our dog and even provided a bed and bowls for him. They discovered we were vegan and without us asking, gave us vegan croissants every day and even made us banana pancakes on the last day.

It’s very conveniently located. The rooms are regather small but clean. Friendly staff with a 24h check-in service. Breakfast buffet is not very huge but tidy and clean with fresh products and salty a sweet station.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Very quiet and private. Located within a short drive (1HR) to Florence, Sienna and Pisa. Not a big selection of dinning but many good restaurants within 10-20 minutes drive, a short drive to the amazing looking Antinory winery. It was a perfect apartment for a small family with a child. Very clean with everything you need. Swimming pool was just perfect and there were a lot of possibilities for excursions around the accommodation. We found a great play ground in Barberino Val d’Elsa. It is for all age categories and there is a bar for aperitivo or a small restaurant to eat right next to it. Our daughter loved it.

Stategic position to visit the area, pool a bonus at the end of the day. For longer stay kitchen corner very handy. All rooms have access to garden or balcony, nice to have. We had mentioned we had a dog and they kindly call to check what we preferred. Breakfast good for short stays like ours, standard but nice overall, good coffee.

A great place to stay and explore with some good facilities. But following an air B and B booking and an unjustified review by the management it has spoiled our stay. Don’t expect good Wi-Fi and a good standard of repair. A shame as it could easily be much better.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Rooms complete with every comfort, the kitchen is nothing short of special, all excellent! Beautiful farmhouse in Tuscany near Tavernelle Vale di Pesa ... We stayed one night and had a great time.

A very nice place, where reign peace and tranquility. Our room, a double, was really spacious and clean. Very comfortable the bed. The farm also has a swimming pool. Very kind owner! Attention to the indications: google maps makes you enter from the "back" part of the farm, while the main entrance is located along the provincial road (the road to reach the farm is not very paved).

The property is outstanding and the manager and team were very friendly and nothing was a problem. The manager directed us to all of the most outstanding towns and villages, with amazing restaurants for all budgets. We had the most relaxing time!

The view of Castello and from the pool was breathtaking, you feel like staying in heart of Tuscany.

Scenic, nice property. Not very accessible strongly suggest a car. Taxis are hard to get. Swimming pool is not heated but good size and clean. Local town is a few kms away but hard to get to on foot.

The place is a true corner of paradise, completely isolated on the top of a hill with stunning views around, Vines and olive trees cover the gentle rolling hills. Plenty of outdoor seating with free benches, gazebos and deck chairs are available to complete the relax. A bottle of local wine was kindly offered as a courtesy welcome.

Just everything perfect! Thank you very much for everything. Only small point for improvement is to attach furniture leg feet rug felt pads to the chairs in the kitchen. Because when you move the chairs, it is quite noisy..

Spent 8 days in Podere san Filippo - wonderful apartment and a great base for visiting all the beautiful towns and villages in central Tuscany. Best visit in almost 10 years - the on site staff were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

Villa Fillinelle is an incredible estate, perfectly located amidst beautiful nature. The estate is a really old villa, but it's very comfortable and special to be there. For the price it is a great b & b. The flaw is the soundproofing of the room. At night you can hear everything that happens in the structure, it would be enough to put at least some gaskets around the door. The bathroom, although clean, is too small without a bidet and with a built-in shower. If the goal is to spend a night on the fly it is the right place ... for a vacation ... umhhh

Great B&B, very clean, we had booked a room with 1 bunk bed, small but with a nice balcony from which to see the stars and relax. Stunning place in the middle of the Chianti hills!

The lovely lady who was the manager was so pleasant to deal with. We happened to see a hot air balloon rising one morning and she organised for us to be up the following morning with the same company. Brilliant! The walks around there were wonderful for me, as I explored the wildlife. It was a central location to drive out each day and explore beautiful places. Birdlife around the Villa was plentiful...

Hii friends, i visited this hostel last week. The hostel is actually at a very nice location and near to some of the historical places (San Gimignano and Wine Yards). The rooms were CLEAN enough and lockers to keep your stuff was also much spacious. Bathrooms, the most important was also clean although a little space to shower was more complicatedbut adjustable if you spend one or two nights atleast...

Vibe of the hostel was great, travelers were all very friendly and congenital without it being a "party hostel" and the rules were lax. The showers were pretty poor though and in order for the rooms to be cool you need to open the windows which also let's in a large amount of beetles.

True relaxation in the Chianti hills. Very kind staff and breakfast with homemade jams. The only flaw is the difficult reception of the telephone signal which, combined with a very weak wifi, makes navigation practically impossible (especially where you have breakfast).
