Hotel located near the church in the city center, a few kilometers from Cortina. Run by wonderful people, with an absolute cordiality. Rooms always clean, great food. I highly recommend it for a peaceful stay in San Vito.
We stayed in a group of 4 families with children one night in this hotel ... We were welcomed inside a real family ... Exquisite kind and caring people, delicious homemade food and super abundant dishes, excellent breakfast. Our only regret is not having had the chance to stay longer ... But we'll be back for sure !!!
Everything is awesome, from people to bedrooms, also food is very tasty.
A fine hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy and cosy. The hotel staff is really kind and gentle, always willing to help and making sure the guests are good. The breakfast is abundant and dinner is amazing. Really close to Cortina d'ampezzo. Hope we can come back soon.

Definitely stop for a hot chocolate if your not staying. Tried Coffee Delight: hot chocolate, coffee, liqueur, hand-whipped cream (did not get wipped cream though🤔) but it was gooood.. They have so many sweets. Since I did not understand what they were, I checked out their open counter where they sell for take away and order a Cannoncino (Italian Cream Horns: puff with a cream filling), Cassatelle...
We didn’t expect such wonderful service and a cozy room! Booked this hotel last minute for our Dolomiti trip, but it ended up being one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. We absolutely loved the front desk receptionist who checked us in on Sunday, 12th October, in the late afternoon, he was extremely welcoming, kind, and lovely. 10/10 for him!
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we loved it! The hotel was at a good location and the views from the room are beautiful. The hotel and room are very very clean and well designed, and the staff are so polite and helpful. The free breakfast and afternoon snacks were perfect for sweet and savoury meals, and the pastries were amazing!! It was a good base, we even rented e bikes from the hotel...
A fabulous hotel which deserves to be more than 3 star. Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is very nice and modern with a wood effect all over. The wellness spa was very cute and the owners have made excellent use of the space. We used it on a very rainy day at €15...
Beautifully designed hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was kind, welcoming, and informative (special thanks to Diego and Camila!). The rooms are stylish and well-equipped, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. A fantastic experience – we’d love to come back :) Don’t miss a visit to the deli next door – it’s definitely worth it!
Hotel Fiori offers all the comforts of a luxury mountain hotel in terms of decor, impeccable finish and warm welcome. Our room offered us a view of the ridges facing the hotel, and we appreciated the large lounge where we could sit and read, as well as treat ourselves with the afternoon cakes provided by the hotel, which is paired with an excellent pastry shop. Beautiful hotel, beautiful service, the friendliest of staff. Genuinely brilliant. I’ve just left my coat there and the staff are going out there way to get it back to me 10/10 customer service. I’m hoping to return for winter, cannot wait.
What an amazing hotel. The customer service is top notch especially from Abdo. The views are brilliant. The hotel kindly gave me a corner room with 2 balconies, both with mountain views. There is plenty of parking. 2 pools with 1 pool being a heated outdoor infinity pool with a sunset view.
4.5* Absolutely gorgeous surroundings, with majestic mountains all around. The location is great because it’s close to Cortina but it isn’t that touristy and crowded. The hotel is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants and a supermarket. Parking is free. Guests can rent out bikes for free, and there’s a very long biking lane by the hotel so that was really fun. Our junior suite was spacious, modern...
Good experience with a few cons: - not as well located as cortina since most hikes and sights are north - breakfast was not very good - spa has only one pool and it is not heated enough - the wifi was slow and sometimes not working
I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The service from the staff was excellent—attentive, friendly, and very helpful. I also appreciated the free bike rentals (with e-bikes available for €35/day). The dinners were surprisingly good, but breakfast was very plain and honestly nothing to write home about (even the packed breakfast for early departures was the same). The Wi-Fi was frustratingly...
Enjoyed staying at park hotel Ladinia. Very well kept. The spa and pool looked newly renovated. The breakfast with a view was also quite nice! The staff was also friendly and attentive to our needs. 15 min away from the mountain slopes. I would stay here again!

The hotel is family owned, and they really make enormous effort to give great service. The breakfast and the restaurant are very good for the price and they really know their way around town and around the soroundings. Rooms where always clean and everything worked perfectly, it's an old building but it's gorgeous and well maintained. Location is perfect and quiet.
Very nice hotel with beautiful view
Uncomfortable bed, awkward "shower" and expensive food.
An old looking but clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff to boot. Since we arrived off season it seemed mostly empty and it gave off a "The Shining" vibe, but this didn't detract from our experience there.

We only stayed here one night before embarking on a hiking trip in the area. The hotel was great for that. The shower situation was a little odd, but breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Wonderful accommodation, service, and location! Fun and friendly desk staff/management and tasty breakfast options. Location is in the center of everything, with the slightest drawback that the noise of the main road is just outside. A small price to pay in exchange for the excellent location, since the road quiets down at night.
Thank you for the wonderful stay! Affordable, clean, good restaurant and bar.
Excellent and affordable restaurant serving local food.
True cabin in the mountains style, cozy interior. Quiet and romantic...
we ate at the restaurant, and it was a great experiance. great food and friendly staff!! the cream caramel was a dream😍😍

The hotel is practically in the center of San Vito. We had a great time. The room was completely renovated with a spectacular view. The two sisters who run the hotel are wonderful. Excellent value for money.
We arrived late, in the rain, but they were very welcoming and accommodating. They even let us have dinner that evening. They were very charming and pleasant hosts. The room was very nice, very clean, with a very comfortable bed; the only downside was the poor soundproofing. Otherwise, dinner and breakfast were perfect. I stayed for three nights in this lovely hotel in the centre of San Vito and I was extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, slightly above the main road, which guarantees peace and silence. I decided with great curiosity to take part in this activity and I was fascinated by...
Overall nice hotel. Although the rooms have been renovated, the bathrooms are decades behind. The view is breathtaking, my room had a balcony directly overlooking the Pelmo. The food is very, very good, despite the limited choice on the menu. Breakfast with a wide choice of cakes. Rather than a hotel, I would define it as a farmhouse.
My family and I were guests these days and I must say that we had a great time: the family was very kind and available even for off-menu requests for children, quality products and an excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. Quiet and informal environment. Excellent location, ideal for relaxing.
Excellent and panoramic hotel location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Organic, homemade products. I recommend it for a holiday dedicated to rest and good food.

Right outside San Vito. Beautiful, panoramic and quiet location. We are greeted by the smiling and friendly owner. Room spacious and comfortable enough, but maybe it needs a little makeover to be a 5 star place. The breakfast instead deserves 6 stars because it is excellent and plentiful.
I recommend !
Excellent host family. Really nice place clean and lovely I would come stay here again if I come back to dolomite. Recommended
Most wonderful people i ever met! Great experience everything was wonderful! The room is very cozy and beautiful with amazing view, a walk from the town center!
Good hotel if looking to save some money. Rooms are spacious. Downside is that the rooms are quite noisy in the mornings and evenings, but quiet during the midnight hours- I suppose this is expected with a hotel of this size. However, never heard any plumbing. I'd say a fair ranking is a 3.5 stars. Overall pretty good hotel and fair price to quality ratio.

Perfect stay. Great rooms with new decor. Spa is also nice, except the hot tub which was cold. Diner and breakfast were also very good. Free bike rental and near a beautiful cycling route in the valley.
Very nice hotel, close to all kinds of hikes, also close to Corona 20min drive. Amazing price for clean rooms, pet friendly to big dogs, prepared pillow and bowls for our dog. Nice view, good location. Breakfast could have been better, no vegetable server and scrambled eggs were little sweet..
Cortina lodging was way out of our budget so this worked out perfectly. Rooms are clean, food was good and location was great for access to hiking trails. Would stay again when we return.
We didn't want to spend a lot in the mountains so this was the best value place. Given the price it was comfortable, clean and helpful staff. The spa is basic but a nice touch.
Stayed at 5 similarly priced hotels across Italy and this was the best one. Rooms were modern and sleek with a balcony looking at Mount Antelao. Spa was great - booked a massage very short notice after a strenuous hike of Tre Cime. Staff very helpful and spoke English for the most part. Excellent breakfast. Parking easy. Really a high quality stay.

This hotel falls short on what they offer in their website. The rooms are old fashioned with signs of deterioration. In the rooms for four people they provide bunk beds which in my room were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice and the staff is kind and provides good service.
Very good to stay to visit the lakes around and don't miss the pool in the hotel.
Great value for money. Amazing room with breathtaking views. Visited during off season and the food was not that great.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak English which is great for us that don't speak Italian. The spa/pool is a bit of a walk from the hotel down the hill but the views are spectacular. We had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite, which was both elegant and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling wine — a very thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. Definitely expected much better service for a $2000/night hotel. One of their senior employees, named Mauro, gave us a hard time on numerous occasions (not wanting to give us the complimentary welcome drink, arguing with us over what a cafe latte was, not letting us bring the hotel’s own bottled water into the restaurant, and charging us for a few things we never bought). We stayed at Rosapetra Spa Resort in August and were disappointed. The hotel has no air conditioning, and their solution was to suggest leaving the balcony door open at night—right onto a busy, noisy road. There is no better place for magic hour apertivos than the elevated outdoor terrace at the Ancora bar. Phenomenal hosts and bartender. The best spot to start your evening in Cortina, and we will definitely return
A very old stylish charming hotel. Has some history. Facilities are in a old fashion. Staff are friendly and very presentable. Breakfast is good. We stay in a suite with two bathrooms and one of the bath comes with spa function. Enjoy it so much! The room view is nice with Mountain View. Very central location.
Very dated hotel with very dated rooms, uncomfortable bed. Charming lobby and centrally located. A note - wifi almost non-existent in areas other than the hotel lobby.
Great food, wonderful staff, Great views of the mountains and the church and in the middle of Cortina.
Old world charm. The place is nice but could use some updating. The meals are very unimaginative and the same offerings every night. Dessert choices are more exciting than dinner.

Lovely stay We had a truly wonderful stay at Ambra Hotel in Cortina and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the generous upgrade to the beautiful suite. The interior design, the lobby and cocktail bar are absolutely stunning—elegant, refined, and filled with charming details that create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully...
Fashionable and cozy at the same time. Great service all around. Staff was amazing! We will return.
Very well located in the ce tee of town. The luxury roof room was nice, but just a bit small. Breakfast was excellent and very convenient. Ski room with boot dryer and direct dryer entrance. Highly recommend.
Very nice small hotel, located in the city center, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is of suitable size, clean and sanitary, comfortable experience, good breakfast, recommended!
Fashionable hotel. Breakfast: average. The town currently has a lot of construction going on, as the reception says there are preparing for the Olympic 2026?
Nice hotel in a solid location. Great base for exploring the nearby peaks. Shame the weather was not up to scratch but would stay again. Breakfast was solid.

Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.
The view from the room was amazing and I was very satisfied.
Staying here at the Alaska fine, we had a large room with a separate room with a double bed Ok the Barth room and furniture in the room look old and outdated. But all very clean and comfortable. If you take a car here they charge you 20euro a day to park in their underground. Cheaper to park up by the cable car only 7.50 euro a day and a two min walk back to the hotel. Breakfast all good staff...
The hotel is so old style but clean. I told the hotel via ******* to reserve carpark but eventually no carpark provided. A construction site is just nearby the hotel, the view is blocked, it didi not mention when I was booking the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is good.
The room is very dated. The room was covered with dust from the rug. But good location very good view from balcony and in city center. Dust allergy alert!
Nice place, perhaps a little dated but that adds to the charm. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Corrina is a beautiful town with some lovely restaurants.

Simple clean room with necessities equipment located in the middle of Cortina d' Ampezzo. Public Parking available but hotel located at the second floor with no lift. The hotel has small breakfast corner but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice staffs with great helpful to guests.
We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.
The breakfast, the rooms and the warm welcome from the staff was perfect. Great hotel. Special shoutout to Alessandro who offered an outstanding customer service during my three day stay as he was always had the quick initiative to assure a good service for anyone who stepped foot in the hotel. Lots of class, this guy deserves a salary increase.
Very plesant surprize when i arrived at Hotel Olimpia. Let me say that Cortina super overpriced all year round and therefore booking a 3 star hotel seemed a little off to me. I was expecting a rind down old style hotel but not the case at Olimpia. The rroms are recently renovated and very nicely kept. Not very spatious but clean and comfy. People at the desk very nice so i rebooked again latter next...
The facility& location is great value for the price. Anastasia at the front desk was lovely& helpful. There might be some public parking opposite to the shops which might be more available after business hours (shops in picture facing the parking). Good tips is to read guest instruction to find the hotel due to road closure/ construction.
Great location, rooms are large, comfortable, showers ok, bed fair, no ac at all, no windows that give adequate vent, so if you don't want a hot stuffy room, visit in Oct-March and it's nearly 5 stars. Otherwise, you'll die. You'll just... Die. May 2025, the entire town is under construction for the Olympics, so driving, parking, and even walking are a pain. Prob great when all that business is over

We stayed here for 5 days while skiing in Cortina. The location is absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of Cortina. The bus stop that takes you to the slopes (approx 6/7 mins) is 50 yards away and is right beside the Main Street which has all restaurants / shops. The breakfast was lovely and perfect for a day of skiing and the staff were so helpful and very nice throughout our stay!
Nice hotel, for a fair price. The rooms are really clean, and the breakfast is good.
Nice place to stay in cortina. Rooms are good, not amazing. And the breakfast is good. All the staff is very nice. In very nice location
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Massimilliano was awesome with all his restaurant recommendations- spot on. He also picked me up from Venice airport. Nice breakfast, rooms and staff. The location is almost unbeatable!
We had a lovely stay at Royal Hotel! Parking wasn’t as crazy as we thought it would be although it is 15 euros a night. The room was beautifully renovated with wood details and soft sheets. The bathroom was also very nice with a big bathtub/shower. It has everything you could need including a desk, closet and fridge. Breakfast was good, basic and not amazing but still better than nothing! The location...
Great location in the city centre! Our room was small but had everything we needed.. because of covid they deliver breakfast to your room, one morning we were leaving before breakfast to hike and the host so kindly packed a few snacks for us to take, so thoughtful. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Restaurant serves decent food. All freshy made and served by smiling staff. The choice is quite limited and ordering the dinned is possible only during short time 19:30-20:30
Service is very kind. at the evening meal they just don't always understand you. Morning food could be better. You may not take your own food but it is done. The view is beautiful from the balcony. sound insulation is not there and therefore if someone pulls through it seems like the hotel collapses. And in front of the door people sit until 02:00 am Talking and screaming. I recommend this hotel for...
Fantastic location, wonderful hospitality, great view. A lovely hotel to stay
Old rooms with hard mattresses and very noisy in the first floor. That was the bad part. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect for skiing. Food is good and the area for games works perfectly when you have children.
Nice hotel for both summer and winter
Great place with amazing views to Dolomites . Friendly stuff and great dishes. The only minus is that dinner is served 8pm.
