This has been an amazing experience. The apartment is beautiful and with top comfort. The location is also perfect. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Personnel is also very polite and the village is a small treasure.

This is a really good hotel. Although we had the only room without en-suite sauna, the room itself was great: big and well furnished, with an automatic fireplace, a design bathroom, modern fittings throughout. Great restaurant downstairs as well.

Classic modern, warm welcome and great people. En suite sauna completes a perfect experience. Will be back for sure.

- The place is OK - rooms and bathrooms are a bit aged and very basic. - Spa is OK - extra towels for the sauna were not included and had to be paid extra. - Service however was really nice and the food was good as well. - Many russian guests (1st week of january). - Location is good though with ski rental services in front of the door and a +- 5 min walk (with skishoes on) to the lift.

Came here for the weekend. The staff was very kind and professional. The view and the rooms are just perfect. The Spa was well organized. I'll surely come back!

Profit maximizing? The times to use the indoor pool and spa are very special like from 15.30 - 19.30 this also means that all go there at the same time and it is completely overloaded. A wonderful family run hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful - some of the best staff I've ever experienced at a hotel. The shuttle bus is great to get to the ski lift. The hotel and spa are lovely and the food is great (and so much of it!).

We stayed at Paradis Grand Hotel from September 5-11, 2020. Excellent food and service. Very nice and attentive waiters. Cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our room was perfect with a mountain view. Very nice hotel, we went off-season and had a very nice room with an amazing view on the balcony ! The staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom and breakfast were nice. Nice location too ! Very clean, and with a parking space.

It was very difficult to leave this hotel. A very high standard and very impressive attention to detail. The outdoor jacuzzi was just the right temperature. The various Saunas were well kept. The morning breakfast was true Italian cuisine and Carolina makes great cappuccino. Last but not least, Paolo was available for every whim or request. I can't wait to get back.

Every night woke up at the sunrise hour because the curtains won't block light well, breakfast is very bad with a small selection of food, the water flow in the shower was very slow and there isn't a very pleasant lighting

You can get ski-in eating here in winter season. Range of food is typical for this region, you can get both itslian lasagna and austrian schnicel here. Staff is friendly, place is warm and has enough seats inside. In sunny days you can get sun bath outside. Prices are reasonable. In lunch time can be crowded, but if you will come a little bit before, no problems with finding place.

We have been staying in a hotel for a week, during ski time. The Hotel is perfect- we were really surprised by high quality service. Everyday cleaning and changing of the towels, good cuisine with a variety (for vegans as well). I like the alpine design- very cute and cosy. The personnel was friendly. Highly recommended!!!

After 30 years in the Dolomites, this hotel was the most familiar we have found. The warmth of the family united to create made me reflect on many things in life. Love each other, love each other, tenacity, trust ... this is how you win and create the "beauty" that completes this welcoming hotel. Great hotel, food's very good, there's a great sauna and wellness center. The one downside is that the hotel is at the top of the town so every time you'd like to go up or down you'll need to wait for the shuttle.

I stayed for three nights at the primula hotel and overall I was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff, great food and a spacious and clean room The only thing not welcome are the communicating terraces in fact there are no separators from one room to another.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, we could explore endless numbers of trails right from the door - trail running, cycling or hiking. It was super nice, the staff is really warm, helpful and you feel very comfortable all the time. Breakfast was just what was needed before skiing. The four course evening meal was a revelation, served by the waiters every evening, they worked extremely hard. Food was varied and good quality. The included Gala evening with live singer was great fun. The Karaoke option afterwards was downstairs in the party room so could be avoided if this is not your thing. Highly recommended hotel! The location is excellent, it is located a few steps from the center of Campitello di Fassa but still in a quiet area and not close to the road (ample parking available for guests) and is also adjacent to the cable car that goes up to Col Rodella. After the facility, we find a climbing wall and, after a few meters, we walk among basketball, volleyball and beach volleyball...

Came with family and sad to leave . Our week here was simply perfect ..The hotel is nice and warm and there's a very good Spa and pool to relax after a day skiing. The food is tasty and always well presented. But the real deal is the Staff ...lovely and friendly all the time !It was a real pleasure stay here and we'll come back next year for sure .

The hotel is fully accessible and the rooms are very nice, cozy and large enough to easily get around in. While the rest of the family was skiing, I, a wheelchair user, was able to relax with a cup of tea. The owners were extremely helpful and nice. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
