- The place is OK - rooms and bathrooms are a bit aged and very basic. - Spa is OK - extra towels for the sauna were not included and had to be paid extra. - Service however was really nice and the food was good as well. - Many russian guests (1st week of january). - Location is good though with ski rental services in front of the door and a +- 5 min walk (with skishoes on) to the lift.

This is a really good hotel. Although we had the only room without en-suite sauna, the room itself was great: big and well furnished, with an automatic fireplace, a design bathroom, modern fittings throughout. Great restaurant downstairs as well.

Excellent value for money. We got a nice and large room with balcony and fantastic mountain views. Everything exceeded our expectations. You can get ski-in eating here in winter season. Range of food is typical for this region, you can get both itslian lasagna and austrian schnicel here. Staff is friendly, place is warm and has enough seats inside. In sunny days you can get sun bath outside. Prices are reasonable. In lunch time can be crowded, but if you will come a little bit before, no problems with finding place.

We have been staying in a hotel for a week, during ski time. The Hotel is perfect- we were really surprised by high quality service. Everyday cleaning and changing of the towels, good cuisine with a variety (for vegans as well). I like the alpine design- very cute and cosy. The personnel was friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed for three nights at the primula hotel and overall I was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff, great food and a spacious and clean room The only thing not welcome are the communicating terraces in fact there are no separators from one room to another.

Villa Ruggero is a family, cosy and warm place. The stuff is helpful and hospitable. The hotel offers delicious food (good job, Fabio!), sauna and a great ski room and is located very close to the Col Rodella cable car. The rooms aren't very big but are clean and cosy. The hotel is animal friendly, Strudel is lovely. If I ever come back to Sellaronda, I'll for sure stay there. Thanks, Davide! :) Grazie...

Great staff , very nice and welcoming. The bedrooms are standard , breakfast and dinner were included. The food is good and the dishes are large but don't expect to get a fine dining dinner. For extra cost you can use the outside spa and bath. The location is 5 min from the gondola! In total great value for your money.

Absolutely love this family run hotel. It has everything. Beautiful views, excellent service and delicious food. Don't let the hill put you off - it's worth the walk/drive (free shuttle available). The wellness centre is the best we've experienced during a ski holiday.

We've been staying in this hotel for years.We keep returning because it's cozy, clean, has great spa, good food, but it's the greatest value are pleasant and always very helpful owners. Love this place!❤️❤️ And, yes, it is a bit up the hill, but the hotel provides free shuttle to the ski lift in the morning and back in the afternoon.

It's hard to write a review given that I have no idea about what one should expect from these hotels, but by my standards, this is an outstanding hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very welcoming and always smiling and the spaces were really, really clean. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, we could explore endless numbers of trails right from the door - trail running, cycling or hiking. It was super nice, the staff is really warm, helpful and you feel very comfortable all the time. Very nice hotel, we went off-season and had a very nice room with an amazing view on the balcony ! The staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom and breakfast were nice. Nice location too ! Very clean, and with a parking space.

It was very difficult to leave this hotel. A very high standard and very impressive attention to detail. The outdoor jacuzzi was just the right temperature. The various Saunas were well kept. The morning breakfast was true Italian cuisine and Carolina makes great cappuccino. Last but not least, Paolo was available for every whim or request. I can't wait to get back.

Excellence on every level. Paulo and his team couldn’t have done a better job. The hotel is beautifully appointed. From the moment before you step in (gluhwein and cakes at the front door after skiing!) till you leave everything is at a level that only a small boutique family owned hotel can offer. What a place! We had a dinner at the restaurant which alone is one of the best places I've been eaten in Italy. The service was perfect and food delicious. Before going on our ski vacation, I had read reviews on Google and Trustpilot and was actually quite worried about the hotel where we would be staying for a week. BUT now that I’ve been here for almost a week, everything has been great! All the staff we’ve interacted with (at check-in and in the restaurant) have been friendly, helpful, and professional. The room and the spa are exactly as expected...

I travel to Canazei during the summer for work, each year I am greeted with warm welcome and treated well by their staff members. In particular i found the kitchen and bar staff very accommodating. I certainly intend on returning next summer.

Not sure if we were paying for the location as the hotel itself wasn’t great. It would be perfect for staying for B&B but I certainly don’t rate it for a half-board stay. Positives - bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable. Bathrooms look recently refurbished and the showers were great. Staff were generally friendly & helpful. I found the breakfast offering good but I’m not one for a cooked breakfast...

Love this place , the location, food and staff are exceptional , can’t fault it , we came with a group and not one person had anything bad to say , the only small negative and it’s nothing to do with the hotel is that the lift queues in the morning are awful so we simply didn’t go till 930 and they are fine then

It is a nice clean hotel in the centre of Campitello near the Col Rodela cablecar. Personnel is very helpful and kind. Food was way too delicious. I can honestly recommend.
