Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. Recommended!

It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! The suite “ Modena” inside the resort is beautiful. It has modern style, and very confortable. The position is fantastic if you want to visit Umbria region.

Clean, cozy, ancient fashion, welcoming and well located

The house has a history of 1600 years. Italy is such a magical place. The room is very large and the ceilings are very high. It is very comfortable to live in. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

We booked this property based on the positive reviews. This historic residence dates back to the 14th century and is strategically located for visiting Assisi, Spello, and Rasiglia. The room is antique-style and clean, but we weren't impressed with the bed or the restaurant. We had a huge family suite in this fabulous old building. The breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and tasty. The receptionist was exceptional, extremely helpful and welcoming. It is vet conveniently located, with easy parking outside. Recommended

This a fantastic 13th century former castle near the airport (5 mins) reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic and one has just said taxi's are too expensive and is going to take us to the airport. That is real excellent service

Hotel located a few steps from Assisi and the major centers of interest in the Umbria region. Hospitable structure and spacious and welcoming rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel under renovation, but it has all the comfort that a customer is looking for. Friendly and helpful staff, it also has a brand new SPA and a good outdoor pool. We stayed for 5 days and for the second year in a row. Renewal of what was already expressed last year: convenient location to reach most of the locations, clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool from which you can admire the city of Assisi but above all kind and helpful staff. Very welcoming structure with ample parking and bright, clean and tidy rooms. Mrs. Mariella and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and pampered us by offering us delicious homemade sweets. Lovely people! They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport. Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation. Beautiful location! We stayed at this b and breakfast, 2 adults 2 children (7yrs and 2yrs) and our Jack Russell for 2 nights. Family run there is Mr. Lionello who was really nice in the morning he brought us a large mocha of coffee, all framed by the delicious desserts that his wife prepares every day. Abundant breakfast. Simple, welcoming and familiar

We areived past the 10pm check in and they stayed for us which was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfy, but the air-con didnt work so was a very warm and uncomfortable first night in Italy. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.
