Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. Recommended!

It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! It took a while for you to arrive (the receptionist)! ... the elevator carpet is old and dusty! The wall of the room I stayed in needs fresh paint! The bathroom is very clean, the bedding is so spotless! The breakfast is excellent, the people...

Very good! Rooms are great. View is wonderful. Lot of parking space. Staff is very nice. And very tasty food.

The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.

Not so good… Pool area having wedding decorations from 10 year ago, at least it looks like it. Everything is just old and not in good way, just no any maintenance at all. Reception is nice, but breakfast isn’t good, just sugar, sugar, sugar… AC didn’t work at all, when I ask about it they told me that “mechanical will switch from hot to cool soon, today or tomorrow “ but during whole visit… nothing...

Hotel located a few steps from Assisi and the major centers of interest in the Umbria region. Hospitable structure and spacious and welcoming rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and above all always clean. One of the strengths of the hotel is certainly the chef: a simple person with golden hands ... I would add a true all-rounder. Would I go back ... Definitely.

Hotel under renovation, but it has all the comfort that a customer is looking for. Friendly and helpful staff, it also has a brand new SPA and a good outdoor pool. The cook offers a varied menu, excellent dishes but is surpassed with the exceptional tiramisu !!! The Hotel has a lot of potential and certainly they will make the most of them by improving the 3 stars

Breakfast was good. Located on small Piazza, it feels like a small Italian town with mostly local people about. Staff very helpful. We would stay there again. You do need your own car, little public transport.

The service was just amazing. Incredibly friendly, helpfull and very professional. Without even asking somebody offered to drive us to the airport and also took care of a last minute restaurant reservation for us. I didn’t stay here but we had dinner the other night and it was absolutely amazing. One of the best Italian meals I have ever had. The service was also great!

We loved our stay in this gem of a place! The apartments and rooms are very modern, clean, and comfortable. Closely situated to many places of interest including Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Perugia, and a number of small towns and villages. Jewel located just outside Bastia Umbra, at the foot of Assisi and very close to the highway that connects the main Umbrian destinations. The building is quite isolated and surrounded by greenery, guaranteeing tranquility and a beautiful view on clear days. Well-kept apartments, furnished and complete with everything you need. Lovely people! They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport. Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation. Beautiful location! Peace and quiet. Lovely garden. I would return to stay for at least two weeks, just to clear my head and fill my soul with joy. I recommend it with all my heart!

We stayed at this b and breakfast, 2 adults 2 children (7yrs and 2yrs) and our Jack Russell for 2 nights. Family run there is Mr. Lionello who was really nice in the morning he brought us a large mocha of coffee, all framed by the delicious desserts that his wife prepares every day. Abundant breakfast. (He also left our packed lunches in the basket!) We felt at home, the room clean and very nice...

We stayed 5 days at the b & b the seasons, we received a great welcome from the owners Marisa and Leonello, very clean room and rooms, super breakfast with very good typical home products. The owners always very kind and available for anything. Definitely would go there again, recommend it!

The suite “ Modena” inside the resort is beautiful. It has modern style, and very confortable. The position is fantastic if you want to visit Umbria region.

Nice and peaceful place, Piera and Paolo were always helpful. The rooms are spacious, always clean with a flower scent everywhere. The breakfast is made up of homemade local cakes and delicious biscuits, along with local ham and bread I am returning every week because I feel at home

It was a beautiful, nice, open room with a bathroom to match. There is free wifi and the hosts are a very helpful couple who have a smile on their faces all the time. The breakfast was as lavish as it gets. I won't think twice about going anywhere else. It was an amazing experience and I was taken by their generosity and the comfort of the stay!

Excellent location in the edge of Bastia Umbra, set in its own landscape. Rooms are in the first floor with views of garden or Assisi.

Really varied breakfast with many sweet options, including homemade cake, but also cheese and cold meats. The staff was superfriendly and you can speak English with owners. Large garden, friendly dogs, fenced, secure area around the house and convenient shadowed car park. There is lot of handouts, guides and maps of Umbria, Perugia, Assisi available.

Very welcoming structure with ample parking and bright, clean and tidy rooms. Mrs. Mariella and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and pampered us by offering us delicious homemade sweets. We immediately entered a very familiar atmosphere that allowed us to spend 2 peaceful and quiet days in a place surrounded by greenery, not far from Assisi and Perugia.

Impeccable hospitality and welcome. We found ourselves in a familiar, clean and reserved environment that immediately made us feel welcome at the gates of Assisi.
