Casale del Murgese Country Resort

This year we decided to go back to Puglia since there are plenty of things to do with kids there (Zoo Safari, Fasanolandia Theme Park, Alberobello, caves to visit in Castellana, etc. We even met celebrities there!) It was one of the most relaxing holidays we’d ever had thanks mainly to the staff of this ‘Casale’. It’s a small resort with around 30 rooms, mainly families, a fantastic swimming pool and a really nice team. Our routine was: breakfast (which was rich, but not exaggerated), swimming pool, a sandwich with a drink at lunch, nap and then an excursion to one of the towns around (Ostuni and Monopoli were charming). We skipped the beaches due to windy weather, but their swimming pool was the best option: never crowded, nice people around us. The resort is surrounded by peaceful countryside (full of olive trees that must have around 200 years of age!). Their restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food was outstanding (they use the same menu for lunch and dinner). They served gnocchi made from red potatoes with peanut butter and crunchy bacon, my kids loved it. I preferred their orecchiette pasta with turnip green (cima di rapa). We were offered twice a glass of cool white wine, a gesture that costs little to the management, but made us feel special. Great team of young guys, impeccable cleaning service, attention and patience: these are their virtues. Highly recommended.

We got married at Casale Del Murgese in June 2024, and from the start of planning to leaving the venue after the wedding, they were absolutely fantastic. The staff, the service, the facilities, the food - it was just all so wonderful. I really couldn't have asked for more in a venue, it was so relaxed and exactly our way. Thank you all so much for making our dream Irish wedding in Italy come true. 🥰

The experience we had at the Casale was truly remarkable, my family and I were there for lunch on Christmas Day and the food was to die for. The service was impeccable and the setting truly breathtaking, couldn’t recommend it more!

We stayed at this charming hotel to celebrate our children's first communion on June 13th. Excellent service, location and food. Mr. Gian Michele, the owner, is a serious and helpful person, who gave us advice, satisfying all our requests.

We opted for day use of the pool and a light lunch and it was a lovely day. The included lunch was a really good cold meal. The pool was spotless. Congratulations to all the team.

The beauty of the structure is obvious and undeniable, from the rooms to the pool and the farmhouse suite.. magic! But the real strength of the structure is the entire staff, starting with Maria and Giuseppe! Kind, helpful, professional, special; they helped us organize special days and where we had problems with other amenities, they found solutions, helped us and made our stay, as well as that of our guests and friends, magical! We can only highly recommend this hotel for accommodation and events, because you will feel pampered and surrounded by a magical atmosphere!

The best ever in Puglia. We had company event a group of 35 people. All went smoothly and perfect. Special thanks to: Giuseppe (manager), Mary (reception), Franco, Antonio (metre), Pierpaolo, Gianmarco, Damiano… The best Team!!!
