Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day. Family friendly place, many guests are with little children.

You need to walk so much, some people are very nice but the system they have for food if your not inclusive is horrible. Not for solo or couples traveling with out a car.

Overall the place is awesome.
Me and my family were there for almost 2 weeks, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Theres just one but.. If you dont know Italian you're kind of left out.. Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind! The location is also great, the beach is very beautiful. Everything around is beautiful. The old town of Monopoli is fantastic.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Good buffets of good quality food. The team of Maitre Fabio was very kind, gave us great service and were very helpfull if necessary.
It was just a short walk to the private beach. Beds were included in the hotel price. There also are several guarded swimming pools on the site.
The hotel is on a strategic location for a beach holiday or multiple daytrips inside Puglia

Really enjoyed this family getaway! Customer service was very friendly! The staff always ensured we had everything we needed and were very accommodating. The food was very delicious and fresh everyday & so much variety! Hotel was nicely renovated & very spotless. The beds were super comfortable, had a very resting sleep every night. The location of the hotel is also fantastic and very close to the sea. I highly recommend! Sending best wishes for all the staff at the hotel - thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice Hotel to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation! Thanks to the Hotel manager sergio and his friendly staff we spent a perfect Week in september! Big thanks also to Luca at the reception and the spa Team!

Pros: The location is great as there are 4 - 5 good to excellent dining options outside the complex (Elia, The Anchor...€€ excellent value...to ACCA.. € fast and fine). The access to a beautiful private sandy beach area and comfortable lounge chairs is perfect. Kids loved swimming here and it was mostly sandy. The bus runs frequently or there's private parking at the beach.
The family room was nice with two rooms, clean comfortable beds, black out curtains, mini fridge, safe, balcony and drying rack.
Nice active kids club for Italian children. Leaders seem very engaging and friendly. Lots of activity options: archery, tennis, mini golf, talent show, big play area, but little to no English spoken by staff. Kids club meets at the beach in the morning and resort play area in the afternoon.
Cons: Mold in the shower and bubbling paint, very little English info in writing and important highlights were not told to us at check-in. Pool closes at 19:00, check-in is only at 17:00 we had a very broken toilet seat and check-in took long so kids were upset they couldn't swim. Also deep pool, but no jumping in allowed, no little shop for convenience items, no vending machines. Must charge a card to buy anything at the pool bar but the charging station is only at the reception 5 minute walk away. In general customer service could be better. Given no map of the establishment at check-in and the luggage attendant drove off on a golf cart with our bags and children leaving us to walk. Not a big deal but we got lost and when we arrived he had left our bags and kids alone in front of the door. Breakfast was just okay and the same everyday. We were VERY happy we only took the breakfast package and ate at local restaurants or snack bars the rest of the time.
In general, customer service could be better some staff were great others not so much. However, there are not many other options with all these services in the area.

Very suitable for resort, but the location is somewhat out of the way. The room is large enough, but to pick a good location, because some of the one room lighting is not good. The fall here will be relatively cool. Pool only open in summer.

Unforgettable holiday...the food is great and the animation is very good. Well-kept property. The beach is far away, but the shuttle service is frequent ...very nice beach.
