I don't put the fifth star, just because there is no elevator. Hotel surrounded by greenery with excellent views, rich breakfast. The staff are very helpful. Down there is a small playground in the green for children. The center of Scanno can be easily reached on foot. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Location would be good for winter sports. We didn't have heat but otherwise room would be ok. Breakfast however was great.

We stayed just one night my husband and I to be able to do the Spa path and couple massage. Old and dated hotel but comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the norm even with gluten-free snacks for me who are celiac. The most spectacular thing is the Spa! Brand new beautiful memorable experience even the couple's massage! We felt at home. They handled everything perfectly, they met us as a group and as individuals and never skimped on smiles. The food very good. The clean rooms. Precise and punctual staff, familiar and welcoming management. What else to say?

Family run hotel. Excellent cuisine with dishes prepared by the owner. Linen changed daily also of the beds, comfortable and spotless rooms. Exquisitely polite staff. Beautiful entrance hall. The hotel is located in a strategic point for beautiful walks in the countryside. I advise!!!

Very positive experience, very nice and spacious economy room, comfortable bed, working hot shower, very rich buffet breakfast, we had two lunches at the restaurant, we ate very well and spent little! The super welcoming owner let us have lunch in a private room inside because we had the dog :)

Guests of this hotel, over the long weekend of April 25th, we felt at home. Warm and comfortable environment and Carlotta, as an excellent hostess, welcomed us, filling us with attention and care. Price/quality is not adequate, the breakfast is only sweet and not even very rich (the Nutella is also off-brand!!) if you wanted a savory breakfast you had to book it for €5 more! The room was clean but this art nouveau style is too vintage!!!!!

Hotel in the center of Scanno which, although remodeled in some parts, maintains its Art Nouveau charm intact, very warm and with that slightly old lady "tone", which makes it a gem! The services are excellent, they also serve local cuisine so... what are you waiting for?

Outdated rooms, really old doors and you could hear the continuous creaking of the shutters. The mattress is very uncomfortable. They say they have agreements with restaurants but it is not true they are ONLY recommended. 3 stars for cleanliness and friendliness

Very normal hotel at a price not so cheap to be in a small town. Pro: The large parking area with plant-covered canopies. The fact that it is very close to the center of the village, easily reachable in 2 minutes on foot. The environment is however quite formal and the decor a little old but elegant. I stayed for one night with my partner in the hotel after finishing a horseback tour in early August. We have been assigned a room overlooking the square… beautiful. Hotel located in the historic center in the square. Free parking located in the back. It is not signposted from there to the hotel entrance: take the stairs to the elevator. Some rooms overlook the town square, nice view but very noisy, in summer you have to sleep with the windows closed (there is no air conditioning) and in any case so the noise is heard until late at night (4:30 and beyond). Structure in the center of the village, with very kind, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spotless and tidy, quite spacious. The toilets, although small in size, are modern and functional. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back! Absolutely recommended.

Discreet hotel, two stars you deserve. I would have given 4 stars if it hadn't been for breakfast: poor quality coffee, very old and hard croissants and in general a very sparse breakfast: a drink, rusks, a croissant, packaged waffles and a couple of slices of donut, little choice (no savory option). My wife and i stayed in Scanno in mid September. La Dimora di d'annunzio was the perfect spot to stay. Alessandra was so accommodating. We stayed in this b&b on the weekend of 14/16 October. Dario and Antonella, owners, make you feel immediately at home, available and ready to satisfy guests' needs. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, breakfast available both sweet and savory, so for all palates. Inside the beautiful village of Scanno, and we having taken the pink room, we also had a small balcony on the main street of the village....

Great location, too bad that the hotel seems to have stopped in the 70's. The rooms aren't too bad, but the cleanliness is not exactly the best. During our only night, there was a wedding at the hotel, the music didn't bother at all, but the parking management did. A check of the reserved seats for guests and guests was appreciated.
