Grand Hotel del Parco

WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL FROM THE 22/08 TO 29 08, THE ROOM WAS DILAPIDATED, FURNITURE NO OLD MORE!',CARPET OLD AND DIRTY IN THE CORRIDORS INHABITED BY THE MOTHS! BREAKFAST PLENTIFUL AND STAFF FRIENDLY,THE SIGN.EASTER AND KIND PERSON,MEALS THAT ARE NOT EXCELLENT FOR A 4 STAR "I CAN COOK BETTER"SO MUCH SO THAT MY SON (8)YEARS HE HAS EATEN ALMOST NOTHING,THE SERVICE AT THE BAR FRIENDLY AND THE HAND-ANTONELLA AND MARIA ANTOINETTE,A BIG THANK-YOU TO THE GUYS OF THE ANIMATION GIULIA ZAIRA AND MAURO,IMPECCABLE AT THE PIANO BAR AND BABY DANCE,ARE FANTASTIC,EVEN IF, AFTER THE ELEVEN ALL TO BED!! A THANK YOU GOES OUT TO THE GIRL OF THE SWIMMING POOL (LIFEGUARD), RACHEL IN ADDITION TO HER WORK WAS AVAILABLE, WITH THE CHILDREN MAKING THE HOURS IN THE POOL RELAXING FOR US ADULTS AND SAFE FOR CHILDREN! NOTHING MUSIC A DAY OF DEADLY BOREDOM FOR THOSE WHO STAYED IN THE PROPERTY,AGREE TO REST BUT A BIT OF LIVELINESS ON A HOLIDAY IS NOT BAD! IF I HAD TO CHOOSE TO GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL,I'LL BE RETIRED!! FOUR STARS IS NOT THE VALE!! NO!!

What to say.... experience not to repeat!Aside from the poor service in the room (hot water intermittently and aerator of the bathroom out of use) it is very clear that the only objective is to fill the rooms(as all of the rest), at the expense, however, of the other services rated less important! the food just decent, in three days we never tasted a first cooking it as it should be:always scotti to the limit of the immangiabilità! A night alarm fire towards a.....panic!!! no one knew where it came from the alarm, a man armed with a fire extinguisher is married off to our room! overlooking on the balcony and saying that the alarm was tripped in the adjoining room our someone that smoked in the room.....sin that the same appeared to be EMPTY!!!!!! apart from the aspect of"comedy"that leaves the time-that is, the question is serious, then it remains,to me, is all seemed so surreal, and the staff just prepared for a possible serious problem, luckily we were two families extremely "adaptable"... well I could go on, but I prefer to fermami here FOUR STARS, BUT TO WHAT? the classic example of those hotels that still live on the laurels of a time and that doesn't even care about to adapt to at least the minimum quality standards ! the only positive note the staff in the restaurant, to tell you the truth, a couple of people, the kindness , availability and courtesy, out-of-place in the positive sense of the discourse. A PRECISE QUESTION WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!
