We had one of the biggest apartment. Confortable, but above all, really clean and sanitized. A swimming pool is available with booking (Covid rule). Staff very very kind and courteous.

The hotel is situated in a nice area. You can go for a hike, relax at the beach or visit some beautiful and historical villages such as Massa Maritima or Scarlino. The hotel is located in a quite area far from any traffic. As a guest, you are surrounded by lots of green space and enjoy mountain and sea views from almost all the apartments. Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. Only disadvantage, the apartments do not have mosquito nets, which are highly needed.

Really lovely staff and a delightful stay. A calm town but close to a lovely little marina with great places for dinner and very close to beautiful beaches.

Regarding the location, there are at least three excellent restaurants in a 150m radius. Very close to the beach. I’ve enjoyed the convenience of the free parking space...

Pleasant stay. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Common areas in order and well cared for. Parking inside the building is very convenient. Classic breakfast buffet and dinners served at the table. All dishes from appetizers to desserts were very good. We wish Mr. Giulio and all the staff a good continuation.

Our first visit to here and its very nice we stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment looking on to the marina its very nice room is well equipped with everything you need we had 3 balconies 2 are private but one to side is looking on to others rooms are very clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you do stay here I recommend a visit to john tarantino...

This was an exquisite location and property just perfect for a break in our travel.

June 2020 trip We chartered a 46 foot yacht from this marina in Tuscany in 2020. Although it was in the midst of the pandemic, we were grateful for Tuscany to allow chartering. We were not disappointed. The marina was very professional in its approach to COVID and our yacht was in very good shape. Very comfortable for just 2 people. We had a lovely week sailing her in and around Elba and the coastline...

Mama mía! Where do I begin? The concierge staff were one step ahead of us even before we checked in. Grazie Giulia!!! My fiancée and I could not have asked for more. They food onsite is fantastic and the local options are a brisk walk or a short taxi ride away. We will be coming back!

Beautiful property in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. Great room with excellent facilities. Restaurant options on site are very good. An ideal base to chill out whilst in Tuscany.

The hotel is fantastic and has a perfect location. Considering that the hotel is luxurious and expensive, you can expect a better breakfast. Above all, the staff should react to the fact that there were lots of wasps eating all the toppings for the sandwiches all the time, every day. Beautiful clean and well kept garden. Nice swimming pool. Extremely friendly staff and host. Nice common areas to have meals and relax. Super quiet, peaceful location, yet near the nice village of Scarlino for restaurants and more.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful place. We were welcomed very warmly and were even given a lot of recommendations for sights and beaches in the nearby area. The room was cozy and very clean. The garden, breakfast area and pool are beautiful and especially in the evening the view is stunning. Beaches are easy reachable by car within 15-20 minutes. We can highly recommend this place!

Fabulous place. Immersed in the Maremma hills, with a beautiful view all around to the sea. Breakfast offered in the beautiful garden, an experience of peace and tranquility. Excellent structure, large and clean room. Any need is satisfied thanks to the well-stocked common area and the honest bar.

I have not found a minimum defect. Friendly welcome, impeccable cleanliness, abundant breakfast. Above all: for those who do not want to be forced to go to the restaurant, they put their kitchen and fridge at their disposal. In the evening you put yourself in the garden and eat while watching the sunset, what more could you want? I would give 6 stars ...

The place is beautiful. Perfect breakfast for me (homemade cakes and very good pastries / pastries). Ideal garden and pool to finish the day after having been to the sea. Only problem: we stayed during a week of scorching heat and the rooms lacked air conditioning because normally the night air is sufficient to cool the rooms. We have been told, however, that they will install them from next year....

Best place during our trip to Tuscany. Very clean, and cozy. Massimiliano is friendly and helpful with everything You need. Beautiful views from the mansion. Rooms and house is MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN IN THE PICTURES! You can feel like in Your own house. A lot privacy. Beautiful garden and surroundings.

Nice building, accommodation and garden. Very quiet place with a nice atmosphere and the sea view. Also owners were fine and very kind, giving tips to visit hidden places of Tuscany.

The owner of this farm located among the olive trees is a really nice person. The building is beautiful and well renovated. Definitely recommend it.

Nice place, pleasant environment, friendly and helpful owners. Located next to the Scarlino fortress with a beautiful view of the sea ... The structure is that of an old farmhouse, well restored and really very beautiful in its context. The road to get there is ugly indeed.

Well-kept and modern farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside, excellent location for reaching the nearby beaches. Apartment equipped with all comforts and large and livable private outdoor space. Absolutely recommended if you want a peaceful corner.

Place in the middle of nature with beautiful views, garden, bbq, close to footpaths. The well-equipped, welcoming apartment is heated in winter. Nothing is missing. Comfortable bed and very nice owners.

Farmhouse in a dream location, immersed in the beautiful landscapes of the hills and in the Maremma scrub, just a few minutes' drive from beautiful beaches. Literally two steps away there are also Etruscan remains. The apartment was equipped with all comforts, very clean, with excellent furniture and a beautiful garden. We stayed in this Agriturismo, the atmosphere was fantastic and the location was excellent, clean and within walking distance there is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan Riviera. Andrea and his family were really courteous and made us feel at home, so much availability and also sympathy. I really recommend this place for a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Maremma.

It is a location in an exceptional position, surrounded by nature and in great tranquillity. The house is modern and equipped with all comforts, the owners are very kind and very helpful, we felt at home. Very beautiful sea just a few minutes by car ... You could not wish for a better holiday. For astronomy amateurs like me, the location offers a very beautiful panorama of the starry sky, now uncommon...

Casa Maremma was a lovely accommodation, with the absolute best staff! You would be sure to meet a smile every time a staff member passed by in their cute little golf wagons and even tuk tuk! Stayed one night. Staff were incredibly helpful, the house had everything we needed.

The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

one of the better places to eat in Volterra. food is fresh and well prepared. choices are a bit limited.

The location might not be the most beautiful, and while the bungalows were a bit dirty on arrival they seem new and are quite nice. Price was also ok.

Good. But: SPA is missing. WiFi almost not working. In Holiday house no washing machine. Green areas with broken watering system. Small army of ants. Second bedroom is just in livingroom. Rest is ok.

Amazing B&B! Beautiful, clean, and very classy! Staff is excellent and friendly… breakfast is superb and staff’s hospitality is heart warming. Our stay was very pleasant. Home away from home… surprisingly beautiful grounds with jacuzzi and a sauna available whenever you want! Thank you!

The location has been recently renovated and is well maintained, large green areas for walks and in one corner a beautiful swimming pool, also clean and well maintained with umbrellas and sunbeds available to customers. Dream place, a tastefully renovated farmhouse, nestled in the beautiful hills of the Tuscan Maremma but only 3 km from the sea and the marina of Scarlino where you can rent a sailboat and go to the island of Elba for a day. All that expected from a vacation.
