We had one of the biggest apartment. Confortable, but above all, really clean and sanitized. A swimming pool is available with booking (Covid rule). Staff very very kind and courteous.

The hotel is situated in a nice area. You can go for a hike, relax at the beach or visit some beautiful and historical villages such as Massa Maritima or Scarlino. Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. Only disadvantage, the apartments do not have mosquito nets, which are highly needed.

The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

The location might not be the most beautiful, and while the bungalows were a bit dirty on arrival they seem new and are quite nice. Price was also ok.

Very traditional apartments, clean and beautiful. It's in the perfect location to go to the beach, or to travel around Tuscany a bit. The breakfast is very good, everything fresh and local. The staff is wonderful! They are so helpful and kind. It's a great place for families and couples.

Great resort with everything you need, close to Cala Violina. For 30 eur u can book electric bikes and reach the beach of Cala Violina in 20 min max. The staff is super welcoming. The apartment was cozy and cool with good air conditioner.

Great location although you need a car as its really is isolated apart from the shops in the marina. The marina has an array of restaurants which were mostly really good and the beautiful pool and club was a real bonus. We stayed in this Agriturismo, the atmosphere was fantastic and the location was excellent, clean and within walking distance there is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan Riviera. Andrea and his family were really courteous and made us feel at home, so much availability and also sympathy. Structure in an excellent position with direct access to the beach, functional, clean, air-conditioned apartments with a beautiful well-kept motorbike garden. Run by mom and daughter, both of whom are lovely. We enjoyed every moment of our (sadly) short one night stay. The breakfast was really good, with a ricotta cake and canned peaches that I still dream about today. Keep it up!

I went for a weekend with my sister. We had a great time: large and clean room. Sheets and towels included. We did not have air conditioning but fans above both beds with 5 speeds and silent. Excellent breakfast: brioche to be filled as you like and homemade cakes. The real jewel of this B&B is the swimming pool, which together with the view make this place a little corner of paradise. We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful place. We were welcomed very warmly and were even given a lot of recommendations for sights and beaches in the nearby area. The room was cozy and very clean. The garden, breakfast area and pool are beautiful and especially in the evening the view is stunning. Beaches are easy reachable by car within 15-20 minutes. We can highly recommend this place!

Fabulous place. Immersed in the Maremma hills, with a beautiful view all around to the sea. Breakfast offered in the beautiful garden, an experience of peace and tranquility. Excellent structure, large and clean room. Any need is satisfied thanks to the well-stocked common area and the honest bar.

I have not found a minimum defect. Friendly welcome, impeccable cleanliness, abundant breakfast. Above all: for those who do not want to be forced to go to the restaurant, they put their kitchen and fridge at their disposal. The place is beautiful. Perfect breakfast for me (homemade cakes and very good pastries / pastries). Ideal garden and pool to finish the day after having been to the sea. Only problem: we stayed during a week of scorching heat and the rooms lacked air conditioning because normally the night air is sufficient to cool the rooms. We have been told, however, that they will install them from next year....

It is a very beautiful place due to its position, the eyes are satisfied by the gulf of Follonica and you can also see the island of Elba. The lodgings are few so there is no chaos. Cleanliness applies. However, it does not have the characteristics of a farmhouse, it is more like a village.

Nothing really. Not the best views and property could do with a pool but all of this was known before we booked do no complaints.

Our host, Daniele, was GREAT! We arrived quite late after a nightmare start to our vacation. Daniele was was warm and friendly and offered us coffees and wine and was very helpful. Well equipped kitchen to cook all your meals.

We loved the friendliness of Charlie, Daniele & Sandra! We also took a boat ride with Daniele up the coast. The location is super relaxed and quiet, perfect for us!

A huge garden with games for children, swimming pool, grazing horses, all animals are welcome and a family welcome and the possibility of boat trips! Truly a great and relaxing holiday

The bungalows are well furnished a bit simpler but perfectly adequate for normal people like me. The pool is small but that doesn't bother at all. And in the high season for € 640 a week an absolute snap.

Very good. By car 10 minutes to the sea. On the territory there is a swimming pool. Everything is clean and tidy. For a family holiday. The apartments are designed for up to 8 people. Not expensive for this region. The hosts are very hospitable.
