Hotel Mondschein

Charming, traditional, family run hotel in the centre is Sesto, right next to the bus stops, a big supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. The food was excellent, really top quality which I found better than some of the 4*hotel in the area. Very good selection of drinks, decent wine list and an excellent house white and red wines priced very reasonably. Overall a fabulous stay and I hope to be back! Thank you!

Sexten budget lodging located on main highway. Rooms very dated and lacking maintenance but functional. Limited views due to nearby construction. On site restaurant offering good service and quality selections but closed Thursdays. Discount for multi day stays.

If you like mountain, as you have ever imagined it and dreamt of, this is your hotel. In the middle of Sesto, one of the most beautiful village in the Pusteria valley, in my own personal opinion, located in northern Italy, near the border with Austria, you can stay in Mondschein hotel. Tyipical Tirolese style building, with very beautiful interior decorations and pictures. So, obviously you would come in Pusteria because you enjoy walking, climbing the Dolomites, riding your mountainbike or just relaxing. But after that your day will need to be refreshed, fed and rested, and why not, in a very warmful and welcoming hotel such as Mondschein. For sure you will live a unique experience that you hardly will forget, and you for sure seek to repeat. Follow your heart, for the love of the Mountain. Marco.

Eccellent restaurant! Try the regional cuisine. And get the apple fritters for dessert, you won't regret it.

Very nice family owned hotel and restaurant. Pretty interior, good breakfast, reasonable prices. I've stayed there three times already. Would recommend.
