Very underrated hotel. The view from the terrace is exceptional. We had breakfast on the terrace which provided great views, and the food was delicious too. No hot food, just pastries, fruit, cheeses, cereal etc. but delicious and plentiful. They even have a pet tortoise that lives in the garden and will join for breakfast!
Impeccably clean hotel with nice decor. Very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
I would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel if arriving by train, and don’t rely on taxis being at the train station.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The room was very spacious and beautiful and bathroom had very good quality toiletries. The breakfast is really good, and the possibility to eat it in a private garden makes it even better ( the garden is absolutely amazing). The private parking lot makes it perfect if you drive. We were very happy with everything.
One little minus is the level of noise. The building is old, so these the ceiling/floor is absolutely not soundproof of course. We heard every step, every loud conversations/laugh, every moving bags/things etc. If you have problems with sleep, it can be disturbing during nighs. This is absolutely not the hotels fault, this is the price you pay to live in the historical building.

Our stay was fantastic!!!
This hotel is super well located in the center of Siena and at the same time is very quiet to rest.
The garden is a great place to watch the sunset and have breakfast in the morning outdoors....
All the hotel staff is charming for their good treatment and availability and especially “Francesca”, who was very patient with us. The rooms are spectacular and with a lot of quality in the details.
We will come back on our next trip to Tuscany...

A friend recommended this hotel to us and it did not disappoint. Our room was small, but very comfortable and pretty, with an absolutely stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. They have some limited parking, which was great, and their staff was very helpful with negotiating the streets of Siena and the ZTL zones. Breakfast was great, with many delicious options. The real star though, is the back patio. I highly recommend getting a beverage of your choice from the bar and relaxing in one of the wicker chairs to admire Tuscany for an hour or two. Absolutely gorgeous.

Out stay at Hotel Palazzo Ravizza was such a unique experience... We would 1000% return and stay again. Each day started with a GREAT breakfast - very well stocked and varied, enough to feel full most of the day. The highlight of most of our nights in the Hotel was the outdoor terrace with a bottle of wine... We enjoyed beautiful sunsets with incredible views of the Siena countryside. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The only few downsides - our refrigerator wasnt working, and was not replaced or fixed. Also, the Wifi signal is quite limited, so we had to adjust for that (this should be an easy fix for the hotel, not sure why they haven't addressed it). But these are really very minor inconveniences that didnt affect our overall experience. In the end, our stay here improved our Siena vacation.

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Don’t be fooled by pictures, it is WAY BETTER. It does have all the vintage decorations and style, but everything is exceptionally clean and has contemporary bathrooms. I was a little worried it would have smells and dust like other castle like hotels I have visited, but I was wrong.
This place is created and managed with great care and attention. All the team are super nice and professional with great sense of humor.
Their views from the rooms and garden deserve a separate essay. So epic!
We were roadtripping through Italy without precise plan and ended up in this hotel by chance, but I fell in love with it and my bf extended the stay for another day to treat me (and I would’ve stayed longer if my partner wouldn’t have plans to move further south 😂)
The city is super pretty and walkable, hotel front desk ladies suggested us some great restaurants and helped with reservations.
Everything beyond! I am hoping to come back again!

Although I’m not used to staying at 3-Star hotels, I have to say this place was not half bad. It’s within the old city walls, but a 10min walk to the Piazza. A building with a lot of character. Has private parking behind hotel, but a little tricky to find and have to carry your own luggage up the stairs. I really liked our room. It had a visually separated living room. A great view of the garden and a nice view of the city. The breakfast is free, but really not much they serve. Just one person at the front desk to do everything and help everyone.

Beautiful hotel! The views from our room and from our garden terrace were incredible. We spent the mornings with breakfast on the terrace and brought our own wine for sunsets to enjoy. They also have a bar open during the evenings so that you can enjoy cocktails from the terrace as well. The staff are very friendly and helped us with calling taxis. The rooms are very spacious and simple but charming. The hotel is gorgeous with art and libraries.

Love this hotel. Staff could not have taken better care of us when we arrived. We booked the deluxe double room, and it was majestic. The view was incredible.
Went to 5 cities in Italy this trip and this hotel by far had the best cappuccino. Definitely recommend!

Wow- we loved this hotel! We had a mix up during travel that led us to an unexpected night in Sienna at Hotel Palazzo Ravizza and to say it exceeded expectations is putting it lightly! We were welcomed by Cecila who could not have been more helpful. She was kind enough to offer us an upgraded room and made a reservation at a local spot. She even got us the best table outside! After an extremely long and stressful day, our night at Hotel Palazzo Ravizza completely made up for it.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. There is a spacious elevator and our room had air conditioning. The breakfast included was delicious and the views from the back garden are breathtaking. Parking on site was extremely helpful as well.
Despite the fact that visiting Sienna was an unplanned part of our trip, we cannot wait to go back and stay at the Palazzo Ravizza again. Thank you Cecila and the rest of the staff for making this night unforgettable!
