The shower head is a bit dirty I’d say. The room is ok spacious and clean though.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise given the affordable rate. It felt fresh and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The hotel includes breakfast in the room rate, which...
place was nice, clean and big. service staff were kind and polite, and helped us in pointing out nearby attractions. will need to uber back, and is not walking distance from the centre of town.
This hotel is within expectations! But it can also be said to be unexpected! Every staff at the front desk treated us politely, warmly and thoughtfully. The room environment plus the mid-mountain! The olive trees in the yard are carefully decorated and I like it very much
I stopped by here on my Philgrimage tour. The accommodation is very good. It's a smoke free environment. The service is very efficient, staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots to discover in this area in terms of tourism.
Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The entire staff is professional, efficient, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast every morning was more than we expected with a decent variety of foods. The pool was refreshing especially after a 40 degree day in the sun. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is located outside historic Siena which was to our liking, however...

The service and rooms are good, but the parking lot is a bit small.
We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. The strangest hotel purely for an overnight stay. It is not located in a picturesque area. The only thing is a good breakfast and there is a charger for an electric car.
Very comfortable hotel with reserved car parking. Large room with fully equipped bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Very courteous and welcoming staff. Very convenient location for those like me who have to walk to the Le Scotte hospital
The room was clean, cozy and the staff were kind. My family was satisfied with the room because there was a bathtub
The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.
Perfect facilities, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Good location.

Nice hotel with beautiful gardens and a terrace where you can relax having a beer and enjoying the view of the Siena City. Very good breakfast. Rooms are fine, good beds and bathroom OK. Staff very friendly with just one exception that seemed to be not having the best day but, in general, nice people. Specially the man from the US that serves in the hotel bar (I am sorry I did not ask him his name...
Stayed here for four nights recently and have stayed a few times previously. This is a long established hotel, It never disappoints. Nice rooms, very helpful staff, ample free parking, good breakfast. Restaurant is also very good. Easy (for me!) walk into the old town.
This was our second stay at the lovely Garden Hotel. We stayed last year and loved it so much we returned this September. The hotel has wonderful views across the Tuscan countryside. The hotel is full of character and is a typical Italian villa. The staff were helpful and friendly particularly the bar staff. We loved the large terrace and the wonderful swimming pool. The view from our room in the main...
This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....
Excellent swimming pool with good depth range. Fantastic bar snacks and helpful staff and best of all was the evening dining experience. Attentive reception staff were able to advise with tourism plans and transport to get the most out of the stay & Siena. Thank you for making Tuscany special!
Excellent breakfast, good service, clean room, a nice pool, a lot of parking. Not the closest to the center. Overall, everything was ok we enjoyed it :)

We had a great stay from the moment we checked in, when the two very kind gentlemen at the desk helped us prepare for exploring (Sun 7/20) until our check out this morning (Wed 7/23) when the lovely woman and gentlemen helped us call a taxi. Location was awesome and hotel was great! Instructions to avoid ZTL and get to parking were very straightforward and helpful. So easy to walk into town from here as well. View from the room was beautiful and we loved having a full size shower compared to the other hotels we stayed at!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and this was a great spot! Very clean rooms, the breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was great and we had a great view from our room! The staff was also incredible! They were very accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!
it was very clean and located best place, very comport and kind staffs
Great hotel in a phenomenal location. The staff is knowledgeable and engaging. They helped us craft itineraries and were able to make dinner reservations. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The hotel has ample parking and is within walking distance from all of the “must see” Siena attractions. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is very convenient for central Siena (8 minutes walk into town) although it is a little up hill. This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items.
Old and tired hotel with very unfriendly front desk staff & concierge. Strongly recommend everyone not to use this hotel.
Love the location, the cleanliness, and the friendly staffs, especially the porter
Location is convenient to visit city and shopping
This 5-star gem nestled in the heart of the old city is a testament to authentic beauty. We were delighted with an upgrade to a room boasting a breathtaking balcony overlooking the entire city. The staff's professionalism and warmth, coupled with a sumptuous breakfast and the convenience of valet parking, made our stay truly memorable.

Clean room with spectacular view. Beautiful garden areas. Comfortable bed
It's been a great stay here. Everything was clean and tidy. Will come again some time. Thanks indeed for the service.
We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.
The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute...
Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

Great hotel in a wonderful city. Fantastic room and breakfast. There is a gym - I didn’t use. 5 or 10 min walk to the main square. Great location.
An incredible experience. We were there to try to see il Palio the first day but it rained. The hotel has a great location, but above all, as in every NH hotel, the staff, specially in Reception giving us that quality welcome and always being so close, made our stay in Siena, a beautiful place that stole our hearts, unforgettable. Looking forward for visiting you again. Definitely 10/10
It is convenient for an easy walk almost anywhere. Bar was closed, no outdoor space that we could find. Directly across from a bus hub so that can be good or bad.
We was very happy about this HOTEL. Mario in the reception was very kind, serviceminded and helpful. One of the best service experience ever.
NH Siena stands as a convenient haven in the heart of Siena's historical treasures, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's rich heritage. Its prime location ensures easy access to the iconic landmarks and charming streets that define this enchanting destination. Guests can indulge in a satisfying breakfast spread, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day on the right note...
The hotel is in a good location. And the lobby looks nice and clean. However the hallways and rooms are old. There is no art on the walls in your room. The bathrooms are old and stained. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room. It’s pretty basic. The staff is very nice and helpful however. I have not been to a nh hotel like this before. May not choose nh again after this.

Room good and reasonably quiet particularly as we overlooked the highway. Bathroom rather small but well maintained. Breakfast very good . Parking free and big! Overall a pleasant stay. Staff polite and hard working.
The hotel is in a perfect position for those who want to visit Siena. A stone's throw from the historic center and in front of bus stops for neighboring villages. Kind staff and attentive to customer needs. Breakfast buffet very rich and good quality. The beds are very comfortable.
It's a good hotel. Clean. Good service. Not expensive. Good value for money. Near the historical city. Parking. Public Transport nearby. My room was a bit noisy because of the road. I would return.

I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Perfect old world charm, massive, comfortable rooms, and the garden out back has incredible views out over the countryside. It’s such an oasis from the city, but still 10 minutes from the Piazza del Campo.

We had a wonderful stay here and found the location to be very convenient. As others stated it's a short walk from the train station/ mall escalators and a short walk to inside the city walls. Their breakfast is great and the staff is friendly.
Great location. Less than ten minutes’ walk from the train station using the long escalator. Around 2km to Siena center. Staff very friendly. Gave us a free map and shared everything we need to know about the city. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Will stay here if I visit again.
Such a cute hotel, Especially the vegan breakfast! I recommend to write in advance that you are vegan, so you can have a lot of options. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the energy here is so nice and calm, vegan friendly and eco friendly. Thank you❤️ I really recommend
Location was quite a short walk from the Station itself and on top of that, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served had a Wide variety of options, and they all tasted exceptionally good. Rooms have a very nice atmosphere and are decorated with a really nice vibe. However, if with 4 people, the room does get quite cramped and squeezy.
I cant say enough about this hotel. Great service and lovely rooms. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It's a perfect hotel to stay in to experience Siena, especially if you are using the train. Walking distance to the old city - Il Duomo, Piazza del Campo, etc. Highly recommend.

Very good place to stay specially for large groups. Solo and couple travelers are also invited to make their best experience with hotel Moderno. It very near to Siena city. Easy access for Duomo di Siena and historical destinations of Siena city. They have special restaurant menu for groups.
Good location, close to old town. Poor breakfast.
Small but perfectly formed rooms. Faded glory best describes the hotel as it has an air of old grandeur adds to its charm. Location is perfect for visiting Siena as it is 20m from the escalators up to the city and has parking available. A hearty breakfast was included.
Good hotel to stay at while in Siena, as it is just outside the walls and is just across from the escalator that leads all the way up to Siena' majestic historical centre. The escalator just across the street is truly a thing of extreme convenience and makes it all very enjoyable. The staff is very kind and helpful and on-site parking for €7 a day is a great feature. The rooms are nice and comfortable...
the hotel is superbly located as the free escalator which is a stone's throw away from the hotel entrance will bring you right into the historic city center. it also has a cheap parking which is a great value (impossible to park otherwise). the room had a somewhat dated feeling but the advantages far outweighed this impression.

A very romantic small hotel, rich breakfast, beautiful environment, warm service, beautiful view outside the window, everything makes up a wonderful feeling, recommended
Perfect for relaxation. Everything is great. Located remotely but they can always call taxi on request.
Very good hotel, warm and thoughtful service, dinner full of ceremony.
The facilities are old, there are few breakfast options, and fried eggs cost extra (€6). The hotel is only friendly to European and American guests. The pigeon we ordered tasted bad and when we brought it up, nothing was done.
This is the most satisfying hotel during our trip to Italy. We had an unforgettable trip to Tuscany here. The hotel is first-class in terms of scenery, service and food.
