I stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon and had a phenomenal experience. The hotel felt like its own vacation, especially with the stunning rooftop pool and bar. The additional pool across the street, right on the lake, was amazing, and the views from both pools were breathtaking. Our room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, adding to the comfort of our stay. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of everything. Paying for breakfast was definitely worth it, and the on-site restaurant was fantastic. Overall, we had the best stay and can't wait to return!

Lovely hotel right on the lake with its own lakeside pool and beach. Breakfast was great but could be busy. Pool area was a little small for the hotel size but access to the lake from the dock made up for it. Amazing views from the rooftop bar (though this was a bit trendy for us!)

Stayed with my friend for 5 days and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The service is great and the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The food was also very delicious and of good quality. The Hotel and the rooms are clean. Over all we would definitely recommend the hotel 😊

Amazing location—can’t be beaten. The private pool area is outstanding, with perfect views onto the lago. The rooms are good but nothing special, especially given the hotel‘s price. Not sure whether the rooms feel like 4 stars. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is new, nice pools and atmosphere. I booked a classic room with a balcony, but they gave me the room overlooking the construction site. And the room was very small, not 25-30 m, as written on the website. This was especially unpleasant, because we came for my husband's birthday. And looking at the workers is not exactly a nice atmosphere. They could not change the number at my request. They said there were no other numbers, but on the website they were for this date. I do not recommend booking a classic room at this hotel.

Perfect Stay at Hotel La Palma!
Hotel La Palma in Stresa exceeded all expectations. The stunning lake views from the room were breathtaking. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The rooftop bar and pool were highlights, offering panoramic views, and the lake pool was a unique and refreshing experience. Would have loved to stay longer. Thank you!

It was our third time at Hotel La Palma. We have had good experiences in the past but this time we were very disappointed with the service, especially in the Sky Bar. The service staff behaved unfriendly and lazy and didn't make you feel welcome. The service was absolutely not up to the standard of the hotel. What a pity.

What can I say... a very good hotel and truly exquisite staff! Always available and very friendly. The hotel has a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, salt room, shower and relaxation room overlooking the lake and the Borromean Islands. You can also use the gym which is also well equipped but always by reservation with exclusive use of 1 hour allocated per room per covid standards. The Skype bar with the pool is always open for aperitifs, as well as by the lakeside pool, where you can also have lunch or an evening aperitif. Highly recommended! See you later!

Exceptional hotel with great views over the lake. A short walk from the rail station and easy walk into Stresa old town and the boat marina. Our room had views of the 3 islands. And a rooftop bar and spa area that was just gorgeous to spend time in.
