Really nice hotel, air conditioned rooms, clean, and cleaned daily. They will most likely speak your language: english, german, french etc

We had dinner for 2 in this lovely Hotel. The service, food & drink was excellent. We had a table looking over the Lake. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

Get a room with a balcony if you are a smoker 😁 Unfortunately I took one star away because of the shower cabin: it's small for me, I would like to see some of my friends showering 🤣🤣😝

There is a great lakeside promenade which is smooth and flat

Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music playing. The spa on the ground floor is a treat, modern and clean. The pool is open during long hours. We will definitely come back!

This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️ This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury

Beautiful hotel good staff and great location. The towels were rough and we had a broken toilet seat which was not repaired

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive

Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The whole of our stay was wonderful, from the fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and garden, creative and tasty evening meal courses to the staff who were incredibly kind and attentive

Pool was never too busy and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this for a family friendly holiday

A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the adults relaxed with a nice drink. The rooms were large and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was a nice too.

We loved it, all the bar staff and waiter s were really professional and friendly. Bit of a walk into Stresa but lovely along the lake side and convenient for the boats. Only downside is the busy road is a bit noisy.

Brilliant location for exploring Stresa, the islands and getting the cable car. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was great and they did special meals for the children each evening

Except that the location is not as good as another five-star hotel, (the location is about 1 km away, but at night, when the lights of the two small islands are dim, this point is exceeded), everything else exceeds expectations

FABULOUS - I have no other way to describe my stay here. The hotel is fantastic, it is like a typical Italian palace - beautiful with a sense of class

The room is very good, the facilities are good, there is a small balcony, but you can't see the lake. The food and service are very good.

Small pool, but you can use the big pool at the Astoria

Not far from the city center, next door from the boat pier. Very convenient location with very good value for the money, including the free car parc. Very nice team !

Indoor pool a nice bonus and location good for cable car a few restaurants and boat accross to islands however a good 10 minutes walk into centre of Stresa

Right next to the pier, you can easily take a cruise around the lake. The hotel provides free parking spaces, but you can ask the front desk if you can't find them

Great location, a little too far from the city center, but the view on Maggiore Lake is magnific!

Nice place, comfortable and good service. Dinner better than the three stars the hotel got.

The local staff definitely made the experience. The food was excellent and the waitresses were so friendly. They went out of their way to help you -- one of them even looked up the weather for my family

I'd recommend the trout fillet, along with the verdure cotte. The house wine was also excellent

Place is good. Near to lake and within 5 minutes walk you can catch the boat to the Isolas of Stresa.

Friendly people, clean modern rooms, good and reasonably priced food

Breskfast a decent spread of bread, cheese, meat, cereal, fruit etc. Room 11 is large, comfortable bed, although wi-fi weak to the point of useless there and lots of TV channels didn't seem to work

Hotel itself nicely located next to the boats and cable car which is good and the walk to the town centre was 15 to 20 mins. Swimming pool was closed as the water was too cold which was disappointing

Excelent Hotel Very clean, fresh paintwork, service exceptional. Close to the mountain cable car - well worth avisit, Lido for jumping on and off the Ferries to all parts of Lake Maggiore

Young woman at reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and really was one of the most helpful cheerful people I've ever encountered at a hotel even those with 5 stars

But the hotel bar and food service were excellent, breakfast really nice and a surprise Easter egg for the kids was a nice touch

Our rooms with children were nicely located in one corner. The rooms have nice views even if the rest of the hotel doesn't

Too bad for the non-existent parking, there is only room for two cars, there is no lift, and breakfast is not served on site but in a bar along the lake

The rooms were beautiful, colorful, bright, very well furnished, ours had a shared bathroom with another room but it worked out just the same. Excellent location, in narrow streets but close to the center

Excellent location, nice and quite clean place, the owner very kind, but on the booking it was written breakfast in the room, instead you have to go to a nearby bar and you can only take what they say

A little old-fashioned furniture, especially the bathroom, breakfast included at a nearby bar with croissants and cappuccino, nothing more
