Hotels with pool in Stresa

It is beautifully maintained: the presentation is immaculate, and it still has many grand features in Art Nouveau. I have just spent a week there, and enjoyed it enormously. Not the cheapest, but a very excellent hotel

A bit of a travel in time with a very rococo decoration and its so charming. The rooms on the lake are breathtaking

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff, particularly at the restaurant are some of the best staff you could ever have. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious

The only down size is that there is no iron in the room and they do not bring one if you ask. And no kettle or coffee machine in the room either. Apart from those points, it is a beautiful place to visit

When my wife enquired at reception, she was told “try opening the window madam”, then turned around and walked away!! In today’s day and age, surely a basic kettle with tea/coffee facilities, isn’t too much to ask for? Even budget hotels provide this? The coldness of some of the staff there, especially in the dining area, was prominent too

That’s why we didn’t dine there in the evenings or have a drink there too. Despite downstairs being lovely, we won’t stay there again, especially because of the kettle issues

Really nice hotel, air conditioned rooms, clean, and cleaned daily. They will most likely speak your language: english, german, french etc

We had dinner for 2 in this lovely Hotel. The service, food & drink was excellent. We had a table looking over the Lake. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

Get a room with a balcony if you are a smoker 😁 Unfortunately I took one star away because of the shower cabin: it's small for me, I would like to see some of my friends showering 🤣🤣😝

There is a great lakeside promenade which is smooth and flat

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The whole of our stay was wonderful, from the fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and garden, creative and tasty evening meal courses to the staff who were incredibly kind and attentive

Pool was never too busy and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this for a family friendly holiday

A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the adults relaxed with a nice drink. The rooms were large and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was a nice too.

We loved it, all the bar staff and waiter s were really professional and friendly. Bit of a walk into Stresa but lovely along the lake side and convenient for the boats. Only downside is the busy road is a bit noisy.

Brilliant location for exploring Stresa, the islands and getting the cable car. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was great and they did special meals for the children each evening

Our stay could not have been more perfect!

Except that the location is not as good as another five-star hotel, (the location is about 1 km away, but at night, when the lights of the two small islands are dim, this point is exceeded), everything else exceeds expectations

FABULOUS - I have no other way to describe my stay here. The hotel is fantastic, it is like a typical Italian palace - beautiful with a sense of class

The room is very good, the facilities are good, there is a small balcony, but you can't see the lake. The food and service are very good.

Indoor pool a nice bonus and location good for cable car a few restaurants and boat accross to islands however a good 10 minutes walk into centre of Stresa

Small pool, but you can use the big pool at the Astoria

Not far from the city center, next door from the boat pier. Very convenient location with very good value for the money, including the free car parc. Very nice team !

The local staff definitely made the experience. The food was excellent and the waitresses were so friendly. They went out of their way to help you -- one of them even looked up the weather for my family

I'd recommend the trout fillet, along with the verdure cotte. The house wine was also excellent

Place is good. Near to lake and within 5 minutes walk you can catch the boat to the Isolas of Stresa.

Friendly people, clean modern rooms, good and reasonably priced food

Breskfast a decent spread of bread, cheese, meat, cereal, fruit etc. Room 11 is large, comfortable bed, although wi-fi weak to the point of useless there and lots of TV channels didn't seem to work

Hotel itself nicely located next to the boats and cable car which is good and the walk to the town centre was 15 to 20 mins. Swimming pool was closed as the water was too cold which was disappointing

Excelent Hotel Very clean, fresh paintwork, service exceptional. Close to the mountain cable car - well worth avisit, Lido for jumping on and off the Ferries to all parts of Lake Maggiore

Young woman at reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and really was one of the most helpful cheerful people I've ever encountered at a hotel even those with 5 stars

But the hotel bar and food service were excellent, breakfast really nice and a surprise Easter egg for the kids was a nice touch

Our rooms with children were nicely located in one corner. The rooms have nice views even if the rest of the hotel doesn't

Too bad for the non-existent parking, there is only room for two cars, there is no lift, and breakfast is not served on site but in a bar along the lake

The rooms were beautiful, colorful, bright, very well furnished, ours had a shared bathroom with another room but it worked out just the same. Excellent location, in narrow streets but close to the center

Excellent location, nice and quite clean place, the owner very kind, but on the booking it was written breakfast in the room, instead you have to go to a nearby bar and you can only take what they say

A little old-fashioned furniture, especially the bathroom, breakfast included at a nearby bar with croissants and cappuccino, nothing more
