Great location! Very Nice pool
I had my birthday here. Is a nice and big hotel, a little old style for me, bt has an amazing view to the take. The pool is also great
Friendly staff; both English and continental breakfast, clean spacious rooms, Great swimming pool with plenty of beds and chairs and private cabins and showers too.Beautifull building at the lake
Amazing hotel with amazing view to the lake. Staff was very helpful with everything. The rooms are very nice and designed to make you feel relaxed. Rooms with lake view is recommended! Wake up to a dream
Nice hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel good restaurants and a bar. Breakfast is not impressive diversity and reduce overall opinion.
Great hotel in a beautiful place. No wonder it is called nice in Northern Italy.

Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music playing. The spa on the ground floor is a treat, modern and clean. The pool is open during long hours. We will definitely come back!
This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️ This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury
Beautiful hotel good staff and great location. The towels were rough and we had a broken toilet seat which was not repaired
Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive
Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows

Everywhere you looked there was art work, beautiful decor and a luxurious feel, without being overwhelming. The staff could not be more helpful and professional, particularly the concierge
We stayed in one of the diminutive "attic rooms", and while nothing really special or "bohemian" about them, they are still bigger than standard rooms in most other hotels while being incredible value for money !
Absolutely fantastic could not have asked for a more beautiful location, good food, and really nice accommodations
We wanted an elegant Italian hotel full of style, and this hotel certainly delivered. Our room was upgraded to a lake view, presumably because the hotel wasn’t full
We ordered room service for one evening meal - the food was delicious and plentiful. The spa, sauna/steam/snow room and indoor/outdoor pool facilities were great. Super clean and staff were on hand if needed
It is very convenient for going to the old town or taking a boat trip to the island. In addition, their swimming pool and spa facilities are very, very good

This is an old style Italian hotel, but the hospitality is old style too. One was outstanding, one was ordinary. Very good outcome for a 7 night stay, we felt. There was typically at least 4 choices for each Course
Lovely hotel. In a beautiful location with wonderful views. Very clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating to vegetarian dining. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.
Handy for touring the region on either local boats, busses, and trains ( train station is a 10min walk) Food/service fantastic, the hotel does cater for coach parties which can make the resteraunt noisey in the evening, they were gone before we made breakfast!
Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts
This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation
Beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. Excellent location near lake, restaurants and shopping. Very nice breakfast buffet. Charming antique furnishings, with modern bathroom.

Being the only hotel that has a beach club also really sets it apart from the rest with an infinity pool at the beach club and the sky bar gives this place a real wow factor
I stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon and had a phenomenal experience. The hotel felt like its own vacation, especially with the stunning rooftop pool and bar
The additional pool across the street, right on the lake, was amazing, and the views from both pools were breathtaking. Our room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, adding to the comfort of our stay
Amazing location—can’t be beaten. The private pool area is outstanding, with perfect views onto the lago. The rooms are good but nothing special, especially given the hotel‘s price
Stresa would not be as lovely if it were not for this perfect hotel. The service is what you might experience at a 5 star Paris hotel. Lovely view, incredible pool, wonderful breakfast
The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of everything. Paying for breakfast was definitely worth it, and the on-site restaurant was fantastic. Overall, we had the best stay and can't wait to return!

The shower was a bit slippery and leaked a bit but that’s true everywhere we stayed in Italy no matter how modern or renovated - put an extra towel down and walk carefully as wet marble is… slippery, obviously! Oh and the freshly baked goods are amazing
However, breakfast menu could be better, dining hours could be extended, the room lacks coffee maker/ water boiler, and iron. TV is small and has limited local channels
The breakfast is generous and the waiters well trained with old fashioned courtesy (looking at the lake in the morning while your cappuccino is poured by a tuxedoed waiter and your children and father are plied with steaming pitchers of hot chocolate is perfect) and the cleaning crew so thorough, that it’s almost a relief that the rooms are dated as I didn’t then worry about the dog or the children...
I asked a man, whom I assumed to be the manager, where I could find the towels for the pool. He directed me to a bar, but upon arrival, no one was there
Very well furnished and maintained hotel with great location on the water front. We had room with two balconies with mesmerizing view of the lake and the promenade
The service is very friendly and attentive- particular thanks to Adi who fussed kindly over me when I arrived flustered from a long drive from Genoa and took my keys, boys, luggage and dog in hand and had me checked in and settled with my luggage in a cool room to rest in the blink of an eye while he parked my car

We went there to celebrate a special anniversary and when the manager knew he arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to our room. Definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully, we will return one day
Excellent! So friendly and helpful. The staff were exceptional and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine after allowing a slightly late checkout due to me having a work meeting
Value for money is also difficult as everything in Stresa was crazy expensive but over €200 a night we felt was a little excessive. Overall it was a three in comparison to many other places we have stayed
Not the end of the world you might say but for over €230 a night you might expect hot water at all times! Also there was a funny musty smell in the rooms
The restaurant was also closed one night of our stay and breakfast also without a cook to do omelettes! The location whilst handy for the Borromean trip on the lake was good but the hotel was a good 20 minute walk(uphill coming back) from restaurants and the town of Stresa
we like a shower late afternoon if we’ve been out but the water in the two rooms we were provided both had little warmth in the taps until the morning

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The whole of our stay was wonderful, from the fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and garden, creative and tasty evening meal courses to the staff who were incredibly kind and attentive
Pool was never too busy and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this for a family friendly holiday
A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the adults relaxed with a nice drink. The rooms were large and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was a nice too.
We loved it, all the bar staff and waiter s were really professional and friendly. Bit of a walk into Stresa but lovely along the lake side and convenient for the boats. Only downside is the busy road is a bit noisy.
Brilliant location for exploring Stresa, the islands and getting the cable car. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was great and they did special meals for the children each evening
Our stay could not have been more perfect!

We stayed the last days here and we literally had the perfect stay at hotel Royal in Stresa! Perfect service and super friendly staff member! Everyone who's working there is doing their work with all their heart and famiglia Rosa and their team are taking care very well for their guests! The rooms and the hotel area is super clean and there is like a "home feeling" in the hotel area
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is about 250 yards from Lake Maggiore. Sone bedrooms overlook part of the lake and mountains and others overlook the well kept gardens
The atmosphere is friendly and creates an allround well-being. Thank you so much Famiglia Rosa & Team! I'm coming back for sure!
Considering the combination of price and hotel itself, it’s great . Not big but with everything and very friendly staffs.
#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Bathroom, Wall Cleanliness, Outdoor Environment, Politeness of the Staff, Value for Money; The lobby is very exquisitely decorated
Stayed here in 2015 and briefly visited in 2018. Traditional comfy hotel just outside the centre of Stresa. Very good food and service.

Small pool, but you can use the big pool at the Astoria
Not far from the city center, next door from the boat pier. Very convenient location with very good value for the money, including the free car parc. Very nice team !
Indoor pool a nice bonus and location good for cable car a few restaurants and boat accross to islands however a good 10 minutes walk into centre of Stresa
Right next to the pier, you can easily take a cruise around the lake. The hotel provides free parking spaces, but you can ask the front desk if you can't find them
Great location, a little too far from the city center, but the view on Maggiore Lake is magnific!
Nice place, comfortable and good service. Dinner better than the three stars the hotel got.

Comfortable room, with a balcony and a view of the lake. Incredibly friendly manager who was genuinely interested in us, and how we were doing. We were met by a curious goose, chickens, and a couple of friendly dogs
A warm friendly welcome and shown to our room on arrival. Room 26 was lovely as we could sit out on our balcony in the shade in the morning drinking our coffee, then sip a wine in the warm evening sun
The breakfast each day was great with fresh products available and lovely scrambled eggs. Sitting outside was a great start to the day.   Sitting by the pool bar and then a dip in the pool was really relaxing
This hotel is highly recommended as its has a chillaxing vibe about it and is only 15 15-minute walk to the centre of town
The staff was friendly and welcoming, going so far as to rectify a misunderstanding our reservation without hesitation, and we are most appreciative of that! Grazie mille! Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious in a bright sunny room
Plenty of loungers by pool but not allowed to take your own water bottles-alcohol and soft drinks I can understand they want you to get at their pool bar but water?(although they were kind enough to give us a couple of bottles on our last afternoon whilst waiting to leave for airport)

Really lovely place, the staff showed helpful, kind and friendly. We stayed in a double room with a terrace and a beautiful lake view. The room and bathroom were really well kept and clean and equipped with every comfort
They had great advice on what to do in the area and his suggestion on our second night to go to this restaurant 3V up the road in Gignese made our entire trip (best food we have ever eaten, hands down) Parking was good too and being up on the hill made for some amazing sunsets
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights on a 10 day trip through northern Italy and we loved it! It was a true mom and pop establishment with clean rooms, a great restaurant in the lobby and a gorgeous view
I really recommend this Hotel as a way of being away from the hustle and bustle of the very expensive downtown Stresa but still being close enough to get down to the lake for sightseeing
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good. Despite being only a 2-star hotel, it is a great place to stay that deserves more stars
The buffet breakfast was quite rich. Indoor parking with convenient platforms to facilitate the arrival for the disabled. It was a wonderful holiday and we will definitely be back

Great hotel and friendly staff! Delicious breakfast. We hoarded a car in the public lot behind hotel and it was towed bc of a market. We should have told the hotel staff- sometimes you learn the hard way!
The hotel was right in the middle of Stresa and a 5 minute walk from the lake. A charming hotel and friendly owner and staff. There is parking, but we were lucky to get a space as it's a public carpark.
Great place to stay at in Lido. It’s away from all the crowds of Venice and across the street from any water taxi that you may need!Lido is fantastic!Spotless sidewalks and sooooo many restaurants too.
The rooms were cleaner than rooms that friends had in the lake front high end hotels. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the best hot water and pressure of that can be imagined
Exemplary gem in Stresa Exemplary stay for three seniors traveling to Stresa for a wedding. They could not do enough to accommodate us as we the second room was needed last minute
The accommodations were very good - clean and in good condition. The staff was really great - so helpful and accommodating.

Too bad for the non-existent parking, there is only room for two cars, there is no lift, and breakfast is not served on site but in a bar along the lake
there is n Amazing place to be! Dalina always treted me and my friend very kind and so helpfully advised and show us where is the best places in stresa! thank you so much and we be back soon!
Great location ans housing. Light breakfast
The rooms were beautiful, colorful, bright, very well furnished, ours had a shared bathroom with another room but it worked out just the same. Excellent location, in narrow streets but close to the center
Excellent location, nice and quite clean place, the owner very kind, but on the booking it was written breakfast in the room, instead you have to go to a nearby bar and you can only take what they say
A little old-fashioned furniture, especially the bathroom, breakfast included at a nearby bar with croissants and cappuccino, nothing more
