The apartment is new, spacious, well heated (we arrived on April), has WONDERFUL view of the lake and the city. The kitchen is well equipped for us (we only cooked breakfast/dinner) and the outside area is well suited for kids and family with toys and laundry room. This villa has amazing view to the Alps and Lake Maggiore. It's very Scandinavian style furnished with Kartell design pieces. The bathrooms are big and stylish and beds are comfy and there are nice closets in the bedrooms. The kitchen is 10+. High recommendation.

The view is out of this world. It is recently remodeled. The owners did a great job. Definitely remember to bring everything. There is no amenities. We had to buy our own shampoo, soap, salt and pepper. All of it. But the manager is super friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. It's an easy walk anywhere you want to go. I would recommend it over a hotel stay in stresa.

The property is amazing. Everything is perfectly arranged. The view from the room is fantastic. Madalena and Paolo are brilliant people, they helped us so much. Highly recommended.

What a lovely spot up a hill in front of the Lago Maggiore! We called last minute if we could stay for two nights. ... a "perfect 10". we were there the second time. it´s amazing. the hosts are lovely. the appartment has ALL details needed ... and more ;-). everything is very clean and well thought out. the communication is quick and trustworthy. the view on the lake is amazing. the recomondations of the host are plenty (restaurants, activities, day-trips,etc.).

Not only was this apartment beautiful and clean, It had an amazing view and beautiful artwork by Maddalena. She and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind when we found ourselves in a bit of car trouble. In addition to everything, there was a welcome prosecco bottle in the fridge, along with complementary water and snacks.

A lovely traditional apartment in the Center of Baveno. Everything you need.

Very nice and helping host, near beach (approx 200m), plenty of restaurants, lively environment in evening. The host is very kind to keep very essential things like oil, sugar, salt, soup packets, zip/carry bags, etc. Indeed very thoughtful of her. The balcony is also very beautiful facing the sea.

Very nice and newly renovated apartment with grage and balcony. In the garage there was space for a car, 2 bicycles and 2 SUP's. Having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and seeing the mountains and Lake maggiore is just beautiful. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, fridge, small freezer, stove...

We stayed here for two nights, from Saturday to Monday (August 6 - August 8, 2022). Satisfaction, I can recommend👍😉.

Have been on vacation with the family for a week. The location is great. 100m from the beach. The rooms are modern and very clean. The reception was very friendly and explained everything to us. Always happy 👍🏻💯
