I have just returned from this hotel and cannot fault it. It is cosy, elegant and my bedroom (no 103) and bathroom were both spacious and immaculate. The hotel really came into its own though with the high quality of the evening meals which were superb. I must of course mention the extremely friendly and helpful staff who, thank goodness, spoke excellent English. I haven't stayed in many hotels that I think were so good I must return to, but this is definitely worth a 2nd (or 3rd) visit.😀

Stayed for a fantastic week, perfect location for exploring Dolomites with the hotel's guide. Food is really special, lots of variety each day 4 courses, great for meat eaters, vegetarians and pescatarians. Very friendly staff always super helpful. I'm returning in January.
Update - just returned for a fantastuc snowy week. Same high standard of food each day. Enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi most days. The hotel arranged beautiful guided walks. I broke a tooth and the hotel staff phoned lots of dentists to find an appointment for me. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing week there in January 2025. Lovely location, wonderful service and excellent value for money. I travelled with a group of Nordic walkers and we all had an excellent time with very personal service. Giuliano is an excellent guide. The food is very good. The spa is also fantastic. There are options such as wine tasting and sound baths. I definitely hope to return. Un albergo eccellente in un posto bellissimo, a costa bassa.

Very nice family run hotel. The service was great and the food was also very good. cannot fault anything. Enjoyable stay.

Delicious food. Very helpful staff. Great Grappa selection. Moderate prices. Some of the rooms are luxurious - there are other ones as well :)
Fresh carrot/apple/ginger juices for breakfast. Nice selection of fresh ingredients for supper (but I strongly recommend to try their gourmet series).
