Nice family hotel. Especially the included child care (starting from 6-month-old) is not common in other hotels. Lots to do in the neighbourhood but you either need to drive by car or take the (free) skibus.

Extremely forthcoming staff, great breakfast, incredible wellness-spa area, great facilities for children. The stay at Shandranj was unforgettable and it surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect for nature lovers and anybody seeking a quiet and restoring retreat. The towns Tesero, Cavalese, Predazzo and Pampeago nearby are a far cry from the often too idyllic and touristic towns in the Fassa valley, but they easily outcompete them in terms of authenticity, historical landmarks and real value for money.

Good food, very nice waiters, tidy rooms (although in my room in 304 there was mold on the wall by the balcony door, which I noticed the next day, but they removed it immediately after my request). Great swimming pool and a warm paddling pool for children. A big minus for allowing infected staff to work - how do we know? We were a group of 16 families, a dozen different people from different families (who didn't even spend time together and had no contact) got sick with intestinal flu - including my son who is 9 months old and we ended up in hospital in Cavalese. When my husband asked at the reception if it could be from some food, the lady said that some time ago a sick girl infected someone from the staff and since then some of them are sick. So why do they come to work and infect guests? During breakfast on Saturday in the restaurant, another girl vomited on the wall in front of everyone. Despite positive impressions at the beginning - never again :(

I really recommend starting in Shandranj hotel with family during the Ski holidays. There are plenty of places where kids can have fun while parents can rest in Wellness area which is brand new and comfortable.

Great atmosphere, dood and service. Close to the Ski Center Latemar. Wellness area as well as mini club for children - you shouldn't ask for more.

Nice and welcoming hotel in South Tyrol, good location for mounting tours in the alps and tours in the sourundings. We like the comfortable beds and rooms, breakfast and dinner. We like also the pool and wellness area.

Great place for families with kids in any age. Great food, very nice location - 5 minutes from the Pampeago ski lifts. Free skibus from hotel. It is my 3 time in this hotel. Family 2+2

Great hotel to stay with family. Food - Continental breakfast, dinner to choose from 2 course menu, in addition bufet with appetisers. Lots of food. In The hotel - wellness, swimming pool, sauna, mini club for kids with animator. Game room, playroom for babies. Hotel is not to far to slops in Pampeago. You can get a skibus ( next to hotel) or your car. Visited hotel 2nd time in late march.
