Very beautiful and reserved resort, small beach is ruined (dirty due to the period I think) which needs more attention! The breakfast service is not exactly a sprint but great!!

I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room. Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.

Room was perfect and well kept. All rooms are covered with wireless internet. There is also a lecture room at level - 1.

I like a the view on the sea and noise of the waves. Staff was very nice and welcoming and parking the car was easy and nearby. The room was clean and the shower very nice!

I give 3 of 5 for everyday good cleaning, good food, fresh towels and location right on the sand beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. However breakfast was really poor. And beach is so dirty. Nobody cares to clean it. And the perfect view from our room🙈

My gf and I went here where I proposed. She said yes and it was so romantic. Great sunsets and view overlooking the sea. Great deals and packages. The breakfast was awesome with unlimited champagne.

Despite some other comments I found the staff to be be friendly and helpful. The restaurant and wine tasting were excellent. Breakfast was good and rooms were very nice. My only criticism of the room was that the shower could do with a clean up around the joints. The food was great from both the tasting menu and the Al la carte. Altogether a very nice place.

Wine tasting was basic and felt pricey. Just sat in a room, the sommelier talked to us a bit about the business and tastes the wines. Stunning hotel and location, relaxing and quiet stay. Staff were lovely and attentive and felt like our own private villa / hotel.

The Calici di Stelle night was the best event of this sort I have ever seen. Well organised, elegant and fun. The dancers and acrobats were mesmerising and the distribution of live music along the pathway of the event was delightful. Their wine was divine as usual and we also ate very well at the restaurant. This is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our room and the wine tasting. Some of the staff were well experienced and lovely, others not so much.

The location is magnificent with a restored old, rural part that has been transformed in a lovely restaurant. It was dark when we arrived and, therefore, we cannot properly comment on the new part of the resort dedicated to the accommodation. Because the room is very large, very clean, large bathroom, modern tidy and clean environment, excellent location, I who was with the car put it under the bedroom window, and all night from 20 to 8.00 you pay nothing, in plus icing on the cake the host is very kind

We have been stayed 1 night in Trapany and found this place is very good choice exploring old city especially when you traveling around Sicily with a car, just few steps from huge parking lots. Big size room with high ceiling, which can be colder in winter, but it's still summer here Trapni in November.

Our stay started with an issue with the room not being as advertised. The issue was the usual blame the app you used. Anyway we agreed to stay on basis other room swap next day and then advised next day it was not available and should not have been told this. Amazing service, everyone was really kind and truly cared about our wellbeing. The bellman was really helpful and the owner even moved her car to let us park ours. Great hospitality experience which is more and more rare nowadays!

Lovely, upscale family-run hotel in the historic centre of Trapani. Very tasteful, elegant rooms, good breakfast and courteous approachable staff. Can't go wrong with this place.

Great hotel, very conveniently located for the old town. Rooms very clean and quiet. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Valet parking takes the hassle of trying find somewhere to park.

Room was spacious and with a perfect view. Staff were very friendly and spoke English language. Breakfast was really good with Sicilian meals as well. There is a seafood kiosk/dining just a few steps away serving fresh seafood. Access to the sea is only possible when the sea is calm.

Went there in a school trip, we stayed for 3 days. The food was't very good but we were a big group (50 people) so it will probably be better for individuals.the rooms were nice, the only problem we encountered was that the shower would be either too hot, either too cold and the last day some people got sick taking a shower after dinner. Excellent Hotel. It looks that is just built. Rooms are nicely furnished. Everything that you need for a pleasant stay. It's located very close to the see. I highly recommend this hotel.You wont be disappointed.

We were there for a short while, a fairly comfortable area, not central, very clean rooms but rude and annoying staff. I recommend it for the value for money

Superlative hospitality. Convenient location for any destination in the Trapani area and the province, especially e Erice. Very kind staff, especially Mr. Guitta. Simple but extremely clean cozy rooms. You will find everything you need at a great price! If interested, it is possible to rent or stay in apartments in Pizzolungo sul mare by asking at the reception.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was better than expected. The hotel is nicer in person than in the photos. The staff is very friendly. They did not speak any English, so this can be a challenge for those who do not speak much Italian, but we were able to make do. :]
