I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room. Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.

Highly recommend I have stayed at Palazzo Gatto several times. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, eager to solve any problems. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, wonderful spa. Hotel Russo is in the heart of Trapani, very good location and very good price if you book directly on their web site☺️. I got very useful tips at the reception (open 24h) on what to visit and where to eat. The room is a little dated, but very cleaned, with tv, wifi and a coffee machine ☕ at disposal.

I had a great stay at Albergo Russo. Facilities are super clean and include a coffee area and are conveniently First of all I felt very welcomed there and all of my questions were patiently answered. I had lots of sound advice in order to make the most of my trip and could not have had such a wonderful trip without their help. If in Trapani again I would most certainly return there!

Room was spacious and with a perfect view. Staff were very friendly and spoke English language. Breakfast was really good with Sicilian meals as well. There is a seafood kiosk/dining just a few steps away serving fresh seafood. Access to the sea is only possible when the sea is calm.

Went there in a school trip, we stayed for 3 days. Despite some other comments I found the staff to be be friendly and helpful. The restaurant and wine tasting were excellent. Breakfast was good and rooms were very nice. My only criticism of the room was that the shower could do with a clean up around the joints. The food was great from both the tasting menu and the Al la carte. Altogether a very nice place.

Superlative hospitality. Convenient location for any destination in the Trapani area and the province, especially e Erice. Very kind staff, especially Mr. Guitta. If interested, it is possible to rent or stay in apartments in Pizzolungo sul mare by asking at the reception.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was better than expected. The hotel is nicer in person than in the photos. The staff is very friendly. They did not speak any English, so this can be a challenge for those who do not speak much Italian, but we were able to make do. :]

We have been stayed 1 night in Trapany and found this place is very good choice exploring old city especially when you traveling around Sicily with a car, just few steps from huge parking lots. Big size room with high ceiling, which can be colder in winter, but it's still summer here Trapni in November.

The room, even though small, made best use of the available space. The shower was the best part, good pressure and stable water temperature (unlike other places in Sicily.) Everything in the hotel looked new and bright, and the breakfast had a lot of choices.
