Good bedroom, clean, good location, bad customer service in the reception. Awful breakfast, nothing fresh.

I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room. Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.

Room was perfect and well kept. All rooms are covered with wireless internet. There is also a lecture room at level - 1.

Modern hotel, but down at the heels. Wifi didn't work in our room, neither did the A/C. Black mold surrounds the A/C vent anyway, so maybe that was for the best! Great breakfast, friendly staff, but overall disappointing.

I like a the view on the sea and noise of the waves. Staff was very nice and welcoming and parking the car was easy and nearby. The room was clean and the shower very nice!

Highly recommend I have stayed at Palazzo Gatto several times. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, eager to solve any problems. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, wonderful spa. I give 3 of 5 for everyday good cleaning, good food, fresh towels and location right on the sand beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. However breakfast was really poor. And beach is so dirty. Nobody cares to clean it. And the perfect view from our room🙈

Loved this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was awesome. Finding the location was a bit of a challenge, but if you can get close they have valet parking which we greatly appreciated.

Room was spacious and with a perfect view. Staff were very friendly and spoke English language. Breakfast was really good with Sicilian meals as well. There is a seafood kiosk/dining just a few steps away serving fresh seafood. Access to the sea is only possible when the sea is calm.
