HOTEL CITTA' DI PARENZO

Our hotel in Verona cancelled our reservation a week before our trip, and we decided last minute to go to Trieste and we found this perfect hotel...and the price was also really good...Staff was so polite over the mail and in person. Smaller but beautiful hotel, very charming, in a peaceful street, but right around the corner of the hotel there is the best shopping street....everything you need is really near, so the position of the hotel was perfect...
Room was cleaned daily, breakfast was really nice, I really liked pies and cakes ( still dreaming about the lemon cake)...I would definitely come back to this hotel and Trieste...

This is the good place, plenty of options for breakfast. Feel very safe by nearby army patrolling.

Perfect location in the city centre, very close to Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia and to the sea, with no parking problem (you can choose between public or private parking near the hotel).
Small room, but comfortable and really quiet.
Tasty breakfast with sweet and savoury foods.
Staff kind and available for any request.

Nice place to stay with a wonderful staff and a convenient location. I loved to start my day with Trieste Coffee and a variety of delicious pastries. Strongly recommended!

Great location near the piers, canal, and the Roman arena. Heart of downtown. All the fun outdoor cafes are close. And an easy walk from the train or bus terminal.

Most important are the staff who were fantastic. We arrived so early we had over 8 hours to wait to check in. The staff let us sit in the breakfast area and made us coffee. We stayed they until the first cafe-bar opened (6 AM).

The shower in our room was super, open and spacious.

If I visit Trieste again I will stay here.

The hotel was our second home for 5 days. Wonderful location, close to any tourist attraction, shops of any type. Italy itself is fascinating. When I arrived, there was Tomaso at the reception, a very nice, open receptionist, a wonderful host whose opinions I followed. That's how we had dinner at Da Pepi , at Al Barattolo. Our room was large, with a double bed and a sofa for the boy, the bathroom was extremely bright. In the room, there is also a small refrigerator, a table with a large mirror, and the plus in the room were the USB sockets, generous in number. The large windows looked out to see where you could see the Italian life: the small streets,
large windows with shutters, many motorcycles and mopeds, warm colors.

Service was great, extremely courteous. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms were large and comfortable

Honestly, this was a last minute we need a hotel before we go on a cruise booking. What a fabulous low cost hotel. 120 dollars for 2 people in a room that had 3 beds, hausbrandt coffee maker and a beautiful marble bathroom. The staff were friendly and very help with directions and advice on places to visit. The breakfast is continental and gorgeous. The pantries are amazing and the coffee is divine. The location is close to the amphitheater and a stones throw from the old city. Would come again to Trieste and this hotel again.

We were there 1 night. I was impressed by reception service - helpful, smiling and quick.
The breakfast was more than you can expect in Italian hotels. Some fruits, meat, even glutenfree bread were there.
The rooms were big enough. Too hard mattress (I slept on the pillows )), the toilet and shower are made in the same room, so it's impossible to have dry feet when you are in the toilet, if someone took a bath just before.
The location is central.
