Location: in the town of Sestriere, 65 km from Turin airport, 52 km from the Courchevel airport, 159 km from chambéry airport, 250 m from the ski lift Garnel'.

We were in search for a taxi from our cruise ship to the airport at 3am this morning. Our cruise ship could not assist us but when we arrived at your hotel Sophia assured us she could book the taxi service. We were not even guests at this hotel but the service we received was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you Sophia for ensuring our trip ended smoothly. (Unlike our cruise ship)!!

Really lovely boutique hotel with amazing location ! Attentive and professional staff. Rooms are large and well designed a mix of old and new worlds. The dehor is a great asset even in the fall season . Definitely a place to stay at if you visit Trieste !

I’ve had the opportunity of visiting places in the region and this hotel is the best place I’ve stayed. It’s such an immaculate experience.

Big disappointment! A rip-off!!
It has the Relais Châteaux recognition but I wonder why. It is outdated, tacky, rather basic and.... charmless. Except the view on the big plazza, the room could be any 3-4 -star- hotel, anywhere in Europe. The entrance/reception is small, dark, not inviting.
The last straw was the discovery of the café, and breakfast place. The worst cappuccino ever! Unbelievable. Mediocre taste, presentation, mushy foam (zero cheerful design on top of it). Poor choice of food for breakfast.
No spa, no pool, no gym.
Corridors neglected, with wires hanging.
Nothing, absolutely nothing justifies the price. It is the costliest hotel in town and its standard corresponds merely to a 3 to 4 basic hotel.
Kudos to the lady at reception, who managed to change my room at my request, to be on the highest floor. Only good point.

What a complete letdown of customer service. I think possibly 15 calls to try and resolve my lost laundry which they admitted they had been given away to another customer in error by their laundry service. They refused to act as a go between, wasted my time again and again. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently because Sonia at the front desk was dealing with it I had to time my calls for when she was in. Still no resolution 12 months on - I bet you were just hoping I would forget. Thanks for the £200 plus of items never to be seen from ever again and it’s just a shame because it’s a lovely hotel, fantastic location, food excellent and normally great service. Stayed here twice and left with a bitter experience.

An impressive property with an elegant walk-in... immaculate lobby with a Cartier watch offering immediately let's you know you are in an upscale property... the outside facade also boasts their Michelin restaurant rating as the cuisine here is infamous...

We spent here our 46th wedding anniversary with a long weekend stay to enjoy Trieste . Everything was fine , we appreciated a lot the complimentary room upgrade, the staff was kind and proactive with us, we had fantastic breakfasts and gorgeoud dinners both in the bistrot and the 2 stars restaurant.

TLDR: Rooms are a little small but opulent. And I've never had better service.
There is a concierge that is willing to help you however he can.
Beautifull pool, spa in basment.
Would print off train schedules for us or call us a taxi, 24/7 staff in standby for anything we need.
we asked for restaurant recommendations, and after giving our criteria, they called to reserve our table.
And we're able to accommodate all our requests. Simple as a razor or complex as anything you want.
Spoke several languages FLUENTLY
Best location in all of trieste with a great view of the square and city hall. Walking distance to everything. Marble everything. The bellhop Mathiew was amazing!

Went for drink. Waiter very snooty and distant. Bar is beautiful but more upmarket for well off people. Drink prices w were surprisingly Low. Beautiful location.
