Location is NOT bad, just a bit from the center which is reachable by car in about 6 minutes. Staff were wonderful, from breakfast room to front desk. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay while in Udine.

Great staff, the room was clean and very comfortable. It’s a pet friendly hotel and they have gluten-free options for breakfast as well.

Great staff, service and breakfast. The only reason for a 4 star are the rooms. The set up (air conditioning, TV ) has no logic. Shower / bathrooms require a dedicated cleaning company from time to time as well. Still the staff was fantastic and the breakfast phenomenally. Nice positioning to any other location as well.

Very poor entry and reception area. A very little lift goes to the rooms, big enough for 2 without lugage.
Room are spotlessly clean, average size and decently decorated. A big plus for the extremely wide bed...double queen.
Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear ppl talking from other rooms, one can hear neighbours using toilet or talking shower.
Excellent breakfast, perfect value for money.

We really did not like the room. The room was not to our expectations. Maybe you will have better luck. The hotel over all is fine. We had a room for 3 people with one queen/double bed and a single bed. Furniture was damaged. We could not leave the AC on during the night because it was blowing on the single bed. Considering there were 30 degrees outside we really needed it. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good and lots of things to eat. Try the yogurt, is delicious. I would not stay again as the price was not cheap and there are other places in the area that I will try.
