Nice Hotel next to downtown. Rooms ate fine, breakfast could need more love and bit more choice. Bathroom would be happy to get some love

Small hotel and small rooms. But worth of the price. The breakfast was one of the best in Italy. There was only an electricity socket for the room, which was a problem for us but we were prepared to bring our own electric extension cord. The beds had a memory mattress, which was awesome.

Not great, but did the job. About 17 minutes walking distance to the Old Town. Not much around the hotel. Parking is in front of the hotel, as well as 50m away, with barier and code (getting it from the Reception desk). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The small AC unit was unfortunately not very efficient, was warm in the room.

We very much enjoyed our stay, cleanliness was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast, just not very tasty, but there was such a large buffet that we managed to find some things we liked. Will definitely return, excellent value.

I stayed for one night and really loved the location which is close to the city center. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. I definitely want to point out that the staff, especially at the reception, were lovely and very helpful! I will be back for sure!

It is our second time in this hotel. And we would not stay here again if we were not satisfied. Hotel is located not far from the center. There are plenty of places to see and to eat around. The pet's friendly policy is very important for us as we travel with a cat. We would recommend to take a breakfast option as with a variety of the cold and hot food it is good. The only minus is a poor soundproof...

Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

Great place for stopover during trip from, to Italy. Hotel has pretty good like for Italian standards breakfast. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. You literally get what you pay for. Modern simple hotel without extras. Just to stay for short time.

The rooms are a bit small but we'll appointed and comfortable. We booked without breakfast. The front desk service was fine. The location is within easy walking distance to the old city center.

We felt like we were staying somewhere in the Middle East. Rooms were seriously dated. The buffet breakfast was something to be desired. Some staff lovely, others not so much. Street noise is an issue if your room faces the main road.

Stayed overnight. It’s a very good location near restaurants and city sightseeing. It has a bicycle storage place in the private garage underground. Slept like a baby! Having a separate bathroom is a big plus that you don’t usually see in hotels nowadays. If you want to be at walking distance from all the good places in Udine, Astoria is the place to be! Great location.

Old-style hotel close the a market square in Udine. The staff is attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean, but outdated and some furniture is worn off. The external room door does not properly block outside noise. Good breakfast.

Ryanair booked this for a large group of us after flight cancellations. Room and amenities were decent with breakfast and staff were happy to assist us with queries and booking transport. As ryanair footed the bill I can't comment on the value for money. Breakfast in photo.

I love this hotel. It's very nice and the room is very cosy. The workers are so friendly. In the morning you can have a very good food for breakfast. In the evening you can have a special dinner cooked by an Italian cooker. At night you can drink some cocktail or coffee in the beautiful bar and you listen nice and modern music. Very friendly staff, well-equipped but only moderately clean, a nice pool, relaxing music in the pool area, and a delicious breakfast. Many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, even with three children.

Not the best location, but the staff and their attentive service and professionalism make this, probably, the best hotel in town! Very clean, great breakfast and with a small spa to help one unwind. Old building and a nice garden with very modern buildings added; some stylish decor in the entrance of the old hotel and perhaps the garden, but in other areas on the ground floor and in our room, I did not love the colour scheme or furniture, or the use of curtains instead of cupboard doors. A very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Stylish, functional rooms. The bathroom is new, clean, great. Breakfast on the terrace was completely fine, sufficient selection. We booked last minute (30 min before arrival). Hotel looks like it has seen better times, very central, close to the main station. The rooms were kinda old, but the bathroom was clean. The room itself had carpet, which I highly dislike. The two dudes at the reception were super friendly and typical Italian. Breakfast was 100% Italian 😂 don't expect too much.

The room are nice and clean, room service is OK, the breakfast diversity choices are enough to satisfy the normal request for the level stars of the hotel. What is deplorable is the WI-FI internet service. You cannot actually work on the hotel network. Multiple disconnecting, very low signal... It sucks !!! If I knew this before I've didn't choose it. Overall, if you don't need internet it's ok.

Nice budget hotel, very near to train and bus station

Location of the hotel is good, within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Underground parking is a bit tight for bigger cars but ok. Rooms are basic and dated, but fairly clean. In general, it looks and feels like budget hotel. On the other hand - walls are thin, a lot of noise from the street, the room which we got was fairly tired. Breakfast is Italian, meaning for the rest of the world...

Nice and warm welcome. Motobike in a secure parking. Nice towncenter (it is not the center from google maps). Arriving in the city is a typical italian nightmare. Town center can be done by foot.

Small, family like hotel, where they like cyclists. Right at the edge of old town, it is suitable to explore the city as well as city surroundings. Your bike will be safely locked in a bike cage, in a yard accessible to guests only. Rooms are a bit on a smaller size, but you have all that you need.

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for an overnight on our Alpe Adrian bike tour. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. The staff was extremely welcoming, breakfast delicious with lots of special touches. Convenient bike storage. Highly recommended for any bike travelers!

We were here just over the night. The hotel is nicely designed, an interesting combination of modern and old style (see photos). Everything clean, nothing broken. The service is super friendly and the breakfast, that is included in the rental fee can be served to the room and is absolutely worth the price. It was very good and worth an extra recommendation. Good location opposite the railway station A monstrously small shower cabin, and the entrance to it is an adventure even for thin. Shower cabin is made of cheap and weak material, it is dangerous to touch The bidet is not screwed to the floor, inside the bath room was so tight that bidet almost fell when touching

Location is excellent: 5 minutes to reach the center by car and the same to get all the highways you need to go around or to go to Austria for example! Hotel is very clean and well organized with several parking spots and a garage underground. Rooms are very quiet!!!

Location is NOT bad, just a bit from the center which is reachable by car in about 6 minutes. Staff were wonderful, from breakfast room to front desk. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay while in Udine.

Overall the hotel was ok. Clean rooms and friendly staff. However, air conditioning was not working which made it super exhausting to sleep. Parking was really small and it's been stressful to leave a car there and not worry about it getting scratched.

I arrived here after a really long hard day involving a lot of travelling by car. So I was tired but the friendly atmosphere and nice manners of the staff welcomed gave me a wonderful welcome. They quickly checked me into a very spacious and clean room. Definitely would stay here again!

I had a single room, single bed. Facilities in the room are ample for a short stay. Room was clean which is a plus as many hotel room aren't. Small AND fine. Lovingly furnished and free coffee in the room. Then it doesn't matter if breakfast is overflowing in the morning... 10 minutes with a coffee on the balcony and that's it. I didn't see the fact that there was only telephone service in the evening as a defect, but rather recognized it as a clever concept. Because why increase staff costs = room costs when the old town is so beautiful...
