Stayed overnight. It’s a very good location near restaurants and city sightseeing.
It has a bicycle storage place in the private garage underground. Parking underground comes with a fee and is very limited.
Parking on street supposed to be ok.
The hotel rooms and areas are outdated. It didn’t feel as 4 starts hotel.
Extra bed for a kid is very uncomfortable.
King bed was like a dream.
Service team was always friendly and helpful.

Stayed only one night. Room had an unusual parfume smell but maybe thats on purpose. Room fairly small. Mattress very soft. Couldnt find how aircon works but luckily wasnt a hot night. Make sure you close the bathroom door otherwise light is coming in. No blinds on the window there only in bedroom. Staff very friendly. Parking on the street wasnt hard to find. Thanks

My 3 day stay here was lovely.
What I liked:
- the warm welcome
- the close proximity to the train station as I had an early train to catch on my last day
- relatively close to the town centre
- gym
- official breakfast hours is 7am. But I could talk to the restaurant staff and they told me I could come as early as 6am due to my early train.
- ironing room - for business travelers
- convenient to many nearby pizzarias and restaurants

- they still made my room even though I turned on the 'do not disturb' light.

This place is wonderful. Spacious rooms and very helpful staff. They helped translate for us when we needed to hire a rental car. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast is also delicious. It's in a quiet spot and very comfortable. Udine itself is a beautiful place and we can't wait to visit again.

A wonderful hotel very near the train station in Udine. The room was very comfortable and the food is 5 star. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old, but gold, and we enjoy it here. It provides a proper 22kW type 2 charging station shared amongst 2 dedicated parking lots. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel location is execellent for exploring the city.

This hotel is located very close to the city centre and it is perfect if you planned to visit the city by walk. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned up, with a courtesy kit, including beauty kit, body lotion and slippers. The staff was very friendly and multi language speaking. Breakfast selection made with fresh ingredients and several dishes. Pets are allowed upon request. There is also a private parking available with a cost of 15€/day.

The historic center can be reached with a comfortable walk, the neighborhood is quiet. Brilliantly clean, elegant hotel. An extremely cozy terrace where you can have breakfast. We would like to emphasize the kindness and humor of the waiter.

Neither a Palace, nor an Ambassador!
Nothing about this place is ‘Palatial’ for it to deserve the word ‘Palace’ in its name! Be it the dated decor and tired building or the cold hospitality. YOu will feel like you are in a Pension kind of place, that too one without the warmth that come with a typical pension! THe property also isnt a great representation of the coolness the city comes with.
LOCATION: Good location near the old town center and close to all points of interest
DINE + DRINK: Didnt try their food, so cannot comment
ROOM: We stayed in Room 310, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the apartment across the street ; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Small but comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics, which was surprising for a place like this
FACILITIES: Tiny Gym with a nothing more than a few dumbbells and random fittings. I was shocked when they asked for a 5 Euro supplement to use this absolutely random amenity!!
SERVICE:Not the friendliest of staff I have seen in this region, nor rude. They just get the job done.
HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Small Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies - but ONLY IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE!!!
