Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Location . Absolutely amazing breakfast and I loved the spa and pool area. The heated outdoor pool is awesome and the jacuzzi has an amazing view.
The service is perfect, whatever you need they will help you and the people running it are always smiling.
Hotel also offered discounts on bike rentals and wine tastings which was great .
The Room design is my only negative thing .
No1. The shower is the first thing you see when you open the door so if someone is having a shower and you open the door and there are people outside… they will get a good view … design is strange .. there is absolutely no privacy. No 2. I booked the room without the panorama view as it was slightly out if budget. 1.6K fir for 4 night on b&b basis I thought it was too much but if I had to book again I’d book the view room as the room I got was on the first floor and the view we had was that of a big wall .. or at least try book on a higher level .

This hotel is a pearl in the dolomites,good service,friendly,amazing food,large room,ski slopes at your door in general very good 5 star worth.I recommend this hotel to ski lovers and families

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Kristall, the staff were so attentive to every detail and the hotel has been beautifully designed. Tucked away with amazing views on a quiet mountainside and exceptional food. Worth every penny.

Breakfast and (optional) dinner were very good.
Location is beautiful and fairly convenient - within 90 minutes of the main passes.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very fine Hotel with wonderful staff! The food is delicious. Ski-in and ski-out directly to the slopes. It feels like home.

Excellent dinner, beautiful rooms and perfect service. But not available from ski slope by ski so little bit expensive without it. And not so good breakfast for comparing Italian Alps hotels. So two stars down

Nice hotel, great rooms, nice wellness. If there is not enough snow the hotel is not reachable from the slopes, especially with children. Dinners are great, breakfast poor. Staff is very friendly with some exceptions during breakfast.

Clean, tidy and cosy. View is lovely. Food is rubbish.. Would recommend staying. Taxis are expensive. Better to rent a car.
