Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only reason I dropped to 4 star was because the noise from the doors of adjacent rooms woke us up each time. Add soft close doors and would def be a 5 star review

Clean and tidy, near by the seaside. The room is quiet and the lcation is near the centre. Good choice

We stay in this hotel during 2 days. No complaints, only good words for the hotel team and our room. I agree that Hotel Kaly is the best in Ventimiglia. It's near French border. We visited Monaco, Nice, Cannes and returned to hotel.

It's good enough for its price; if you want a relatively cheap, relatively nice room to sleep the night, go here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff kind and available. I only stayed one night but I had breakfast and it was rich and complete. I would recommend .

Easy to find. Within walking distance of the train station and the beach. 5 euro breakfast otion or Mc'Ds across the street. WIFI works well, and the room was clean and quiet.

Awesome!! Clean, spacious apartment with large balcony. Lovely pool, good tennis court and friendly helpful staff. In addition to super nice small towns, also larger cities all within 30min. accessible by car.

Quiet place, excellent apartment, with terrace. Swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, five-a-side football. A bit 'of anxiety only for the narrow streets and parking in the structure. But because we are not used to the narrow streets it is uphill. The important thing is to find relaxation.

Nice place to stay clean apartment friendly owner good swimming pool. Good for short family holiday. With trips around. Just seaside it's far from here you need use car. Close distance to Monaco and Cannes.

Spotlessly clean, well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Generous breakfast, pleasant staff. As many other reviewers mention, the port in front of the hotel is still under construction but it did not affect our stay.

I thought this was a great place and lots of value. Very nice staff and very clean overall with a great location. Minutes walk to the old town and beach. Nothing spectacular but most certainly a great value and location.

Warm and helpful staff. Great location if one wants to be close to beach (but a bit farther if you want to get into town). The room was nice, clean and modern but a bit small for the price (Ventimiglia was already busy in mid May).

Our Mercedes was stuck in the hotel parking lot and no garage could help us. The hotel owner Angelo Fabbrico went out of his way to assist us, called a mechanic who arrived immediately (by scooter), was honest and knowledgeable and got us back on the road. Very clean, well equipped, polite personal, all rigth breakfast - but the room was far too small -. you could not move around without figthing with your luggage.

Best place to stay when You want to visit Monaco, Nicea, Cannes. Ventimiglie is not nice. Its very dark place at night. From hotel is 20 minutes to train station where are going train to France every 30 min. 100m to the beach and 300 m to restaurants. Very nice breakfast and coffe. Very nice service, they dont know english but they realy try to understand You. For us it was place just for visit France...

Warm and welcoming Staff, english is not so good but The realy try to help. Only minus is a not working Securitas box.

The location, the view from the terasse, the room as well as the service were amazing! Assal (i hope that is the right way to pronounce his name? was very kind, welcomed me and made my stay very pleasant. My request for plant based milk for breakfast and vegetarian options was taken into account and i really enjoyed spending a night and a morning there.

The B&B is on top of a hill in the old part of town and is not convenient to the beach or the train station but you totally feel like a local staying here and it is amazingly quaint. The room is clean and the bathroom renovated and the owners are friendly and nice and the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served is the just plain awesome.

This is an amazing place. A beautiful old world way of staying in Ventimiglia. It's out of this world. Amazing breakfast. Amazing rooms. 100% recommended.

Beautiful bnb, old world charm with a GORGEOUS VIEW. Breakfast was amazing and filling. Room was perfect, and the bathroom was beautifully redone.

Came for the 2013 Monaco GP. The best B&B I've stayed in in a long time. Rustic, beautiful, increidbly friendly and cheap. What else could you want?

Is wonderfully located on the beach, great view, you can hear the sound of the sea so close it is. It is very practical. Plenty of parking nearby and in the port. The owner is a very lovely lady. Directly opposite and in the very close new harbor you can eat really well.

The arrival at the residence is immediately very welcoming, Mrs Teresa is cheerful and courteous... The room is clean, offers every comfort, warm, sunny and silent with a wonderful sea view.. The area offers good restaurants, among which I recommend the Margunaira right in front. Not far away, also reachable on foot, it is possible to find buses that take you to the various neighboring cities, including...

Comfortable appartments, balconies have a view to the sea. Few disadvantages though. Staff doesn't speak English. Bed clothes will cost you additional 10 euros. Overall a great experience.

Castel d'Appio was a wonderful place to spend the night. They were extremely helpful, especially when we had trouble getting a cab from the train station to the hotel - they arranged it for us. We had to leave super early in the morning and they again saw to it that there was a taxi at the hotel for us, despite the few that are in the town. It's surrounded by lovely vistas, the room was comfortable...

We booked last minute and got a delux room at 279 per night. The room seemed fairly standard to me but did have spectacular views. Overall the hotel was nice and at the standard rate of 90 per night it seems reasonable but at the rate we paid there walkers small details which ruined the experience. One use plastic cups at breakfast, no glass wear in the room, a message on the fridge stating it was...

Best hotel with awesome view..Reaching the hotel is bit difficult but worthy...Rooms are clean and maintained well..Parking is there.. Awesome ans quality food.every room has a view.friendly staffs.

We visited this place many years ago. A real find. Stunning views. Beautiful rooms all combined with a friendly almost treat you like family hospitality. I recall it was tricky to find without satnav- but once up there its well worth it.

We had a room w great view of Mediterranean Sea! Reasonable price and restaurant is great too. The drive to this hotel is tricky on a very narrow uphill road but manageable following the GPS.

The drive to the top of the mountain was a challenge but when you get there, the view is amazing. Dinner was incredible and the room was comfy.

Great attention form Cristina, the owner. Little dogs are welcome. Breakfast was served in abondance and the place is nice and cozy. Lovely terrace and salon. Good choice if you are in your way to or from Italy

eine Phantastische Unterkunft in den Bergen, der Blick und die Ruhe sind unbezahlbar. Das Paar das die Unterkunft führt ist so herzlich und lieb. Das Frühstück ist mit so viel Liebe und Abwechslung zu bereitet . Hier gibt es für mich nichts zu beanstanden !

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und man hat sich gut in Englisch unterhalten können. Das Frühstück haben wir auf einer schönen Terrasse serviert bekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut mit selbst gemachten Marmeladen,geröstetes Brot und jeden Tag etwas anderes leckeres dabei. Die Anfahrt von Latte ist sehr Kurvig und das letzte Stück recht steil. Auf jeden Fall sehr schön.

Lovely place. Friendly people. Studio with kitchen and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Location on Google maps is wrong, it’s up the steep lane to the right above where map shows it. No sign at bottom where you need to turn but signs further up

Really nice place and nice family. It's tricky to find and access but once you're there it's great. You get a whole 2 bed house to yourself. Breakfast is basic but pleasant and there are nice views from the balcony where you can take breakfast
