A nice little hotel. Maybe a bit dated but the service was good and the location is excellent. Great to spend a relaxing beach vacation.

Needs some attention to detail. Upon check in we had to go back to the front desk as were not given a from key just a electronic card which did not work. Floor in bedroom needed to be swept, shower cleaned. No room cards explaining the amenities. All in all even with parigi hotel having a seaside location it needs to dinner TLC to bring up to standards.

Great location, really nice and AMAZING rooms (503 I think) but what makes this place such a good place to stay is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and generous with their time and advice.

Beautiful pricey property in a charming small town. This hotel is like an old lady. She’s a bit faded and not what she used to be, but you need to respect her for her knowledge and experience. It's a nice place but the guys actually lie about the real address! It's about 2km away for the centre - I think they do this on purpose. Restaurants are quite far and you need to walk. All the rest was good.

Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, excellent cleanliness of the room and all common areas combined with pleasant meals and abundant. Furthermore, the presence of free parking was essential given the difficulty in finding parking in the area in high season. Perfect location, a stone's throw from the beach. I would go back!

I have come in this hotel for a decade. It is kept very clean, the owners are always available to help the guests and the breakfast is large and appetizing. In the minus side, room furniture is dated and the lift to the rooms is a bit of a piece of industrial archeology. But I like it this way and will come back yet again !

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel together with my family. The location of 100 m from the sea is very favorable and excellent. The staff and owners are professional and very welcoming. The food is very good and the rooms are clean and tidy. The private parking is very large and spacious. I would gladly recommend it to people who want to be in a quiet place.

I can say that I found myself very well, both I and the other members of the family did not find any disservice indeed, the courtesy and kindness of the owners and employees (Gessica and Corrado of the restaurant) accompanied us throughout the stay, the room has all main comforts (no air conditioning). The location is excellent for making trips to both Sanremo and the French side.

The food in the Hotel Piccolo Lido is for me the very best of any restaurant I have been to in Northern Italy. This is why I have been there a dozen times in the last few years. We stayed here for one evening. Very nice simple 3 star hotel. Clean rooms, no telephone in room but who needs one in 2022 with cell phones. Good WiFi moderate speed. The hotel is directly in front of the beach & close to the best seafood restaurant in town, Amarea. You MUST reserve a parking space for your car when making the reservation because parking spots are nearly impossible to find.

More an old-fashioned pension than a hotel: small rooms as well as the bathroom, excellent cleaning but the furnishings are affected by time. Only 10 rooms in total, therefore very familiar management of the structure. The breakfast is simple but accurate, the homemade cakes are special. If you know how to settle and adapt, there is no air conditioning or fans, for the price you pay, it is a good compromise...

A nice little hotel quite close to the center and only about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The staff and the old lady were very very nice. She fulfilled all our wishes and there was also homemade cake for breakfast.

Apartments in a beautiful residence with internal parking (but ample parking also outside). Very clean and in a quiet place. At 100m from the beach, just cross the Aurelia and you will arrive on the promenade with the cycle path that connects Vallecrosia to Bordighera S.Ampelio.
