Very nice place but a bit too far away from Vietri. Unfortunately The public transport system is terrible and there is no parking space in the city.

Great place and location as long as you don't mind stairs down to the old town. Rooms are big and fantastic views of the harbour thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! We spent a great week here, it's far from everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Big rooms and a great pool. Breakfast was too expensive so we decided to opted out of that experience.

The hotel has different structures, so by booking with more people it is possible that you will be assigned rooms in different structures. For breakfast and dinner you have to get off the premises and walk a few meters down the road to reach the place where breakfast is decent, while dinner is plentiful and of excellent quality. Nice location and a reasonable price, but the hotel is not in very good shape and the noise from the lively street gets to the rooms quite loudly.

This was a phenomenal stay. You can walk to the town of Cetara to eat, or hop on the ferry to anywhere else in Amalfi. There is a beautiful private beach and the staff was extremely accommodating. It’s close to everything but without the business of the city. Highly recommend.

We had a last minute change of plans and ended up needing a hotel in Salerno for a night. Found this hotel online for great price, room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice. However, the hotel promotes having wifi to all rooms. This is not correct, and when I asked about the problem I was experiencing, I was advised that there would not be anything done to make it available. Clearly, they are aware of the problem. Many others in my tour group experienced the same problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this Holiday Inn gem just off the A3 highway near Salerno and just a mile or so from the Amalfi Coast. Clean, comfortable, and outstanding customer service, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay. And the breakfast and small restaurant and bar located on the ground level were wonderful as well.

I loved this hotel. I really loved how affordable it was to stay here and the views and the rooms were very nice. The beds were really comfortable. Polo Nautico is a very nice place to spend some good time. Placed on the sea it allows you to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday immersed in a quiet atmosphere. Professional and friendly service.

We spent a beautifully restful 3 days here after some extensive touring in Southern Italy. The hotel is a gem in a less crowded area of the Amalfi coast. The rooftop pool has extensive views of the coast. The breakfast was an elegant buffet. The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay, including arranging a boat tour for us.

We were meant to stay at residence due Torri but we upgraded to stay at their hotel once we were there. Best decision ever!!! The area of the hotel is very quiet, considering it’s the amalfi coast. We stayed here as part of a TUI package July. The pros: The 2 bedroom apartment is huge, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is very clean and cooking stuff looks brand new. We were upgraded to a family room, so it was very spacious. We had a view of the pool. The hotel is about a 15-min walk to the waterfront where you can take the bus to Positano. Beware that buses to Positano can be full later in the morning. It takes 20 mins to walk to the marina. Bus tickets are available at magazine stores, not always at the tabacci (tobacco shops). Breakfast had a good variety.

We were there July 2023. We were in a spacious three bedroom self catering apartment, generally it was fine although dated, especially the kitchen. Decent supermarket and fruit and veg shop close to apartments. No daily competition for the loungers, loved the sprung diving board, it was a real hit for us as a family. We were staying at a hotel nearby and at night the Botanico San Lazzaro lit up was the view from our balcony. We weren’t sure whether we could pop in for a drink as non-residents but were warmly greeted by both the doorman and receptionist and escorted up in the funicular lift. I wouldn’t rate this a 5 star hotel. I’m happy to splurge on hotels when the experience is worth it but this was not. The one redeeming quality is the location and grounds. You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful view or charming ambiance. It was perfect for our family as the room had a loft with twin beds for the boys. The only issue I would take, and this seems to be a European standard, is that the beaches and pools close as early as 6:30. The breakfast was included and a very nice spread. Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean including pool area. Plenty of sun loungers over looking the coastline. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only thing to be mindful of is there are a lot of steps up to the hotel - glass lift ride plus 77 steps; no lift 200+ steps. But definitely worth a stay. Loved it.

Unfortunately the negative reviews I read, before coming here, turned out to be true. This place is run down and the rooms (other than a few renovated rooms) are not good. The hotel does not offer a pool, but the staff make up for it. The front desk has two excellent day staff, and they advised us to do the Lemon Walk and visit the botanical gardens. Front desk was very helpful in my traveling and what restaurants were good to eat at. The room had amazing views and taken care of everyday. Close to the beach and easy access as well to the beach and food. Will be coming back!

great place with great views but best part was the font desk woman we worked with. There was a broken elevator and she moved us. All was fantastic. she's really an exceptional employee.

Thank goodness for this hotel location, its close to the port, grocery, beach, church etc no up hills except if you plan to do the Path of Lemons! Perfect Hotel
