The room is very good with good amenities. The beds are great. Bathroom needs special attention... some shabby areas...

We loved our stay at the Petra guest house! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It is in a great location and super close to the visitor center. The only thing that was kind of a bummer is there was only one outlet that worked without the lights on, so make sure you don’t count on charging your phone at night if you have more than one person. We also ate at the cave bar and the food was super great!

The service is great. The staffs are very warm and welcoming :) The location is amazing because we are right at the entrance of Petra, so there is nothing to be complained about.

There are a few good local food joints nearby. There is also Cave Bar in the hotel that sells alcohol.

Best hotel accommodation when visiting Petra. The hotel is literally a few steps away from the site entrance. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is very polite and ready to assist at all times, for example we forgot to bring toothpaste, or book you a taxi or assist you in booking any activities in the area. They do a BBQ buffet a few times a week for dinner which is very tasty and you can have it before attending the Petra by night at the site.

Really taken aback that this room has no USB outlets. Thank goodness for portable batteries. The balcony door lock is broken as well. Very important as I’m a woman traveling alone.

I think you’re paying for location and convenience which I will pay for in a minute. I can’t be inconvenienced while on vacation. $145.00 per night for a king bed.

The staff, AMAZING! Very kind and service oriented. The food was good enough. I had a nice stay overall.

The walk to The Treasury is about 30 minutes but the gate to get into the historical sites are literally at the footstep of the hotel.

Hotel is next to Petra entrance, the location is unbeatable. Staff was friendly. The Cave Bar is super cool, a bit expensive but that’s okay. It’s the oldest bar in the world apparently! Food is mainly buffet style, it’s not bad. For a local restaurant experience, go to Moms Recipe 5 min walk away.

A fun hotel! The location is right next to the entrance to Petra. The rooms are comfy and the restaurant has a nice spread for breakfast and dinner. The highlight of the hotel is the cave bar. The bar is super cool and a great place to enjoy a beer after trekking through the heat to see Petra. I highly recommend the Petra Beer.

Great location. Literally at the door steps to the entrance of Petra. Hotel staff was phenomenal. Rooms were clean. Food was ok but not the best. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Petra is your main goal
