I’ve visited multiple times and I always love my stay. Food, staff, location, rooms and grounds are just the best. Not a 5 minute walk from the crab market. Lovely bathroom products and creams. Antique furniture and decorations are perfect for the venue.

It great hospitality team with very friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere good food, beautiful KEP west,wonderful place with peaceful and relaxing, private beach party set up with amazing team,the best hotel in KEP area, next time I hope to come back and have experience stay again

We recently had a peaceful and refreshing 2-night stay at Knai Bang Chatt. Everything was excellent—from the rooms to the customer service to the food. Our room was small but very cozy, with a serene view of the green lawn and a beautiful vista of Kep West and the sea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway—we’ll definitely return!

We rented out 11 rooms at Knai Bang Chatt for a work retreat and it was absolutely perfect. The staff members are so kind and welcoming. It truly felt like home! MP was so thoughtful and took such good care of us. The meeting room was perfect for our needs, and the staff was really accommodating (eg special lunch requests, seating arrangements). The food was also AMAZING. The chef personalized the dishes to include our company logo (without us even asking). This kindness and generosity is truly the spirit of Knai Bang Chatt!! The rooms were also beautiful and incredibly clean. Each night, someone came to make the mosquito net (even though I didn’t even get any mosquito bites!!) The pool is also so relaxing and serene. Honestly, no notes!! Everything was perfect. And there is a great little town with a market and restaurants a 5 minute walk away if you want to get of the property. If you are considering going to Knai Bang Chatt…go!!!!!

I had such a great stay at Knai Bang Chatt. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful and the people are amazing. For example, The receptionist (I think his name was Samnang) went completely out of his way to help me find sunscreen—he took photos at the pharmacy, and brought it back without charging anything extra. Mornings started with a swim in the pool or sunrise yoga, followed by a long breakfast where you can have literally anything—from Vietnamese Pho (apparently steamed for 3 hours) to avo toast with perfectly poached eggs. The restaurant at the seafront is also a really good, local crab with fresh pepper sauce, Italian food, fresh smoothies or Cambodian food, it really has it all and the quality is absolutely fantastic! We took the boat trip to the nearby island where they do marine conservation work, which was really interesting and gave me more context about the area and conservation work they do. Seeing the pepper farms was also great! I also had a very good pedicure and massage at the spa. Each time I was able to go within 15 minutes of asking. Being here helped me unwind in a way I haven’t experienced in a long time . See you next time!

A welcome relaxing oasis at the end of our Cambodia trip. Incredible and attentive staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful rooms. Yoga every morning, water sports on tap and the atmospheric crab market next door. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We had the first floor double room overlooking the sea. The manager Empi was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for him to organise. The location is excellent to explore the crab market and local restaurants. There's an idyllic, classy bar on the front to watch the perfect sunset. Hire a bicycle for a short ride along to the main town. They have a watersports facility on the beach where staff will set anything up ready to take onto the water. The pool is a decent size and the area was peaceful. There's a yoga studio within the grounds. This hotel was the best value for money we've seen. I recommend booking directly with them via WhatsApp. The bus station is a few minutes away by tuktuk. The setting, service and rooms are a very high standard, which made this a flawless stay.

Like soho house ten years ago with quiet considered charm and quirky corners to explore and escape to. Don’t miss out on the private sunset cruise - 90 minutes adapted wooden boat and fabulous english speaking Kim who pointed out the history and stories behind the coastal buildings. Delicious canapés - bubbles and anchovies jumping by the boat as the sun went down - propped up on cushions. Just magic and the best sunset cruise we have done. One of our great holiday memories. Things have changed since a lot of the reviews on the internet and photos. The beach is now wider for instance. Loved the hotels Coco beach bar - movie on the sand at weekends and during the day had a few tented sunbeds and great service as a change up from the pool. (They had brought more sand in so was soft to enter the warm sea). Facilities/ equipment at the well established beach club for sailing - hiring jet skis all excellent. Our deluxe room 13- on an upper floor lovely with pool view and mosquito net perfect at night. No bites only saw the occasional one too. Easy walk to the crab market. Lunch at arts cafe we recommend with little outdoor balcony. Kep adventure park - zip line since 2024 - looked great but no time to try. Live musical Entertainment at the hotels waterfront wave for drinks was fun with people dancing and we grabbed a great pizza. Breakfast - excellent coffee and options -loved the granola bowl with Greek yogurt and banana and tamarind and the French toast with banana and honey was divine. Had a refined dinner one night at the hotels ‘strand’ which was a nice change from the bustle at the market. Great duck dish. Recommend you ask in advance for options of all the adventures the hotel can lay on which were easily tailor tweaked to preferences with options of upgrade for lunches with wine etc We enjoyed the Rabbit island experience with lunch. Another couple loved their fishing day trip ( had their catch for dinner) with the glamorous woman catching the most ! They provide a straw sun hat and great natural made mosquito repellant in the room. Sihanoukville port was a 2.5 hours drive away. We had three nights here and loved our stay - could easily have stayed longer as much more to do than we suspected and it’s a truly stunning oasis by the sea and one of our favourite hotels of our trip. Some fabulous kind and helpful staff who are great at tailor making experiences - especially Ronald.

Very select place with a soul, 3 houses are former 1930's home of the province governor, in Le Corbusier style. Team is highly professional and friendly. Crab market is a 3-min walk. Small catamarans can be rented with a nice breeze to quietly enjoy the view of the coast.

Stunning and tranquil haven very close to Kep crab market and local restaurants. Also close to Kep town. Great sunsets views from the roof top terrace of Wave restaurant and bar .. We enjoyed fabulous New Year dinner with fire dancing and watching lanterns set off and fireworks all around. Looked after well by all tge staff Recommend a 1st floor room.with a balcony, a spa treatment and a few days to relax.
