WORST Resort Experience in Cambodia – Avoid at All Costs!

I honestly never write reviews, but this place was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. We rented *four* bungalows at this so-called “resort” in Kep, Cambodia, and the experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end.

Let me start with the most shocking part: **we found actual feces on one of the bedsheets** in one of the rooms. Yes, *poop*. That alone should have been enough to run far, far away—but sadly, it didn’t stop there.

The bathrooms were a mess. The *shower spray nozzle* in one of the bungalows was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and walls. Several bathrooms didn’t even have *basic shampoo*.

The *towels they provided were dirty*—some with visible stains. The *sink in one bathroom was leaking*, dripping water constantly and making the floor slippery and unsafe.

As for the *pool*, it was small (nothing like the photos), but at least it was relatively clean. That’s about the only semi-positive thing I can say.

Now, the worst part: upon check-out, we received a bill of over $1000 USD, and they accused **us** of leaving the sheets dirty (again, **after they literally gave us a bed with poop on it?!**) and claimed that *some pieces of cutlery were missing*. They actually treated us like *thieves*. Instead of resolving this respectfully, they insisted we *go out and buy new cutlery ourselves* before leaving. We were *humiliated* and *shocked*. After everything we tolerated, being accused of stealing was the final slap in the face.

The staff showed **no accountability**, no apology, and certainly no sense of hospitality. We’ve stayed at many places all over Cambodia—from budget guesthouses to upscale hotels—and never have we encountered such poor service and outright *disrespect*.

**To all tourists thinking of staying here: DO NOT.** There are plenty of nicer, cleaner, more respectful places to stay in Kep and beyond. Don’t waste your time, your health, or your money here.

This place deserves zero stars. If I could rate it *negative*, I would.
