Beautiful property in a lovely location. People go out of their way to make your experience an enjoyable one. Excellent food and a superb spa.

What we Liked · Large pool area with 5 different saunas, pleasant staff, impressive library, nice restaurant, good breakfast.
What we Disliked · The bar closes early, there is little movement in the evening.

1.The hotel is spotless and looks like it was renovated a week ago. The room was impressive too. And the spa facilities were brilliant.
2. Breakfast was above average as expected in such a hotel/spa. I only wish I had the chance to dine at the restaurant 🙂 next time will defiantly try it out.
3. And I think what topped it all off was the team that looks's after you over your stay. We were treated by very professional hostesses then when we needed an iron we had smiling room mades that were very pleasant. Restaurant staff at the bar made lovely drinks and of course with smiles. Over I think this is why I would return! You can have the most beautiful hotel but if the service is not there you have nothing.

Small rooms, literally living in a sardine box. In addition, there is no wardrobe, no kettle, every time we needed a bottle for the baby we went to the bar... the service and the answers we received are also not up to standard, in short not recommended.

Unfortunately our 3rd stay in Vytautas Mineral Spa was disappointing.
We had a little getaway from kids for one night booked and the experience was not as expected.
Firstly, we had issues with AC in The room which were tried to be resolved quickly but not followed up till the end.
I also had prebooked 3 massages for my family and one facial for myself,
On arrival at reception I have been advised that my treatment has to be cancelled due to therapist being ill. Despite me communicating with reception via email, no one bothered to contact me and make me aware in advance. I cancelled one of my family members facial next day in Order to get mine done earlier and it was another disaster
Therapist was absolutely disinterested in her job. Didn’t ask any questions, even though I requested for some advice and reassurance on selected treatment. There was no music in the room, she seemed unprepared and kept opening the drawers. Whole facial was rough and seemed so unprofessional. Best part was that after she placed mask on my face she left the room for 15-20mins with not telling me anything or asking how Am I after returning. I didn’t receive any head massage as advertise and hand massage probably lasted 2 min. Shame i don’t even know the name of the therapist as she did t even introduce herself or say any words.
After mentioning to reception i had worst facial ever i received x2 masks and Vit D supplements that expiring in 4 weeks - nice gesture but hey - facial costed me 109€.
Despite this must say dinner and breakfast buffet are wonderful.

Very satisfied with the stay except for one crucial detail: the waiting time at the restaurant. 1 hour and 15 minutes to get buttered pasta for a child not even two years old. And don’t even get me started on the wait for the adults. We had to switch to the restaurant area because the self-service section had closed, even though it wasn’t particularly late in my opinion.

This was our first visit to Birštonas instead of our usual destination, Druskininkai. We stayed at Vytautas Spa and were pleased with the large, modern, and comfortable rooms. The pool area is huge and includes four large saunas. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food, including breakfast, was good, but the restaurant area was not as cozy nor welcoming compared to other 4-star resorts.

When leaving, tried to overcharge by 150 euros - only when we showed a bank statement with prepayment they "noticed" the mistake. I would also advise them to buy normal sized robes. The sleeves of the XL size only reached the elbows. already after we left they called and said we didn't pay for one bottle of beer from minibar (we didn't take anything from minibar at all). don't recommend this place at all.

I lkve this place, its so beautiful and clean. The pool is just great, it has tree saunas and a Jacuzzi. Everything was so gorgeous and clean, no signs of rusting as you can almost always find in any other pool. The room was a bit small but still cosy. The breakfast is so delicious and there’s so many choices. There even a huge libruary

Overpriced. Spa area is great, but bar didn’t work neither the Saturday evening nor Sunday morning.
Room is small, but it’s okay. Not okay to have the worst pillow in the world, just look on the photos. Unfortunately, we hadn’t noticed that before we had asleep.
Also was surprised that a room didn’t have a kettle and tea. I mean, accommodation was cost more than 150 euro😑
So, I’d rather choose Ego Spa across the street again than repeat my stay here.
