I think the price does not correspond to the service they offer... we paid 180eur for a mini Lux for one night. the room is very tired. the balcony is very dirty.. there was hair in the bathroom. walls battered. we were afraid to go to lunch or dinner.. because there were flies everywhere.. I think the kitchen is also dirty. I felt the breakfast very simple in a 2-star hotel. the herring stood with dairy products.. the pancakes were swimming in oil.. the restaurant itself is also very old-fashioned and run-down...
the only thing that slightly saved our vacation at the SPA.. was very dirty places, probably lack of staff. I was shocked when there were no lifeguards on the big water slide. because all adults, with children and without children, went there. the saunas were good, I liked them. and an ideal solution with a cold pool near the saunas.

nice hotel with a huge aquapark and a variety of different saunas. also has procedures for your body and health and has a mineral water from the earth going through which you can drink! breakfast is really nice too although the only issue is it ends very early (to me), at 10am. i would recommend stretching it to 11am since some guest like to sleep in and enjoy their breakfast a bit later.

Grand hotel Lietuva- what a place , comfortable, clean, amazing staff. Highly recommend Amber treatment massage with lady called Ausra, she worked her magic above and beyond, compared to unprofessional staff at East Island spa, Grand spa is excellent place to get pampered!

It's my first but positive experience with this Lithuanian resort. Renovated rooms, convenient location in the town heart, unlimited access to the spa centre, a lot of places for walking and cycling, reasonable cost. Frankly, I came here to investigate opportunities for a vacation with my family. Summary: it's pretty good place for families with children.
Btw, I found this spa hotel via https://litva.lt/ - there is really helpful staff to assist with balanced offers for any budget.
My last comment on why not five stars: because of I know what 5* are in hospitality. Nevertheless this place is really good value for money.

Amazing place for families. Small but full if activities and can't be lost compared to big water parks. Very nicely build interior - romantic in a tasty kind of way. Good sauna area, a fee water slides but for beginners - just right! You can have a small drink ir snack inside but no restaurant or cafe. Check in advance, sometimes they are full in hollidays.

very good service, great aqua park, free parking area, very close to the main city street, possibility to order food from pizza restaurant or from 4 vėjai restaurant located in 8 floor. Stuff reacting quickly if needed. It’s a bit noisy due to reconstruction (they starting to work at 10 until rest time ~18) no problem at all, but we wasn’t happy about bar in the aqua park- we ordered fresh orange juice but we got very small plastic cups ~100 ml and cost for each 5€ it was like “what?” not sustainable approach at all, we asked to change cups but you can see in photos what we got. Overall feedback good, but be ready for self service when you want to go from Lithuania hotel to Aqua park- signs on the floor but still it’s very easy to get lost

Not crowded,quite modern, room was clean and spacious, loads of spa choices, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast, help yourself,only minus - the toast machine, looks like hundred years old and takes ages to wait and doesn't toast, only warming, dried out bread comes out after you stand there 5min. Price wise- total amount we paid for weekend at 3⭐ B&B+SPAservices- expensive, like everything in Lithuania, but worth to try once.

•2 Air conditioners, and guess what? They are turned off in winter time. After jacuzzis and spa its pretty cold. Had to ask for a heater.
•No plates, utensils. As some take fruits or snacks or dont order here dinner we needed them.
Aqua park:
•30C kinda cold.
•not a lot of seats next to the pool and overall
Food:
•small choice, to compre Birstonas Royal spa the food there is much better and a bigger choice

Love the pools with different functionality, especially basketball and waves. Love the rubber boat though the tall tube slide which was so fun! Different saunas and massage treatments available too :)
