Rooms - mediocre, but bathroom was nice
Receptionists - to hotel and spa were unfriendly with attitudes. Rolling eyes because I requested an invoice. Then in spa asking "what do you want" in a very unfriendly way.
I would expect such impolite way of communication if I was criticizing something or did something rude but literally just said hello and asked for invoice when checking out and that I was looking for someone from the hotel staff in the spa.
Other hotel staff was great and friendly, so don't understand what was going on with the receptions. (Maybe just both had bad days - can happen).
This left a bad impression from an overall very nice hotel complex.
I would still highly recommend this complex because it's got great services and the city looks great.

Location ideal. Close to all amenities. Room was very good for a 3 star place.

Rooms are a bit run down, and food needs an update. But spa area is really good. They have a great playroom for kids . Overall we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend choosing this hotel if you are travelling with kids.

Excellent! Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional.

When I visiting this apartment( 30.12.2024-02.01.2025) I was very upset. I booked a deluxe room( 460€/per nigth) (room 501) with my children (children are 17 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). We went into the room, it was cold, I went down to the reception and they gave me a fan to warm me up, and later they brought another one. We slept all night with two fans that made such a terrible noise and this fan was not designed for long-term heating of the air. For a luxury room without heating, I was offered a 10% discount, but I don’t think this is correct. I paid 460 € for 1 night in a luxury room, but a room without heating costs half as much!!! The next morning we all woke up in a terrible mood, we all had headaches from the noise of the fan and our skin was very tight.I went to the reception again and they gave me an oil heater.If I had known that such an attitude would be towards me and my loved ones, I would never have chosen your apartment! Despite the fact that we were still at the New Year's holiday!!! I will definitely write about this situation about your apartments in the reviews. This was the worst choice for New Year's holiday.

Good hotel! Sixth foor completely new but the food is to be improved! Breakfast and evening dinner very poor! No parking space in the underground parking lot. Swimming pools quite ok

I think the price does not correspond to the service they offer... we paid 180eur for a mini Lux for one night. the room is very tired. the balcony is very dirty.. there was hair in the bathroom. walls battered. we were afraid to go to lunch or dinner.. because there were flies everywhere.. I think the kitchen is also dirty. I felt the breakfast very simple in a 2-star hotel. the herring stood with dairy products.. the pancakes were swimming in oil.. the restaurant itself is also very old-fashioned and run-down...
the only thing that slightly saved our vacation at the SPA.. was very dirty places, probably lack of staff. I was shocked when there were no lifeguards on the big water slide. because all adults, with children and without children, went there. the saunas were good, I liked them. and an ideal solution with a cold pool near the saunas.

nice hotel with a huge aquapark and a variety of different saunas. also has procedures for your body and health and has a mineral water from the earth going through which you can drink! breakfast is really nice too although the only issue is it ends very early (to me), at 10am. i would recommend stretching it to 11am since some guest like to sleep in and enjoy their breakfast a bit later.

Grand hotel Lietuva- what a place , comfortable, clean, amazing staff. Highly recommend Amber treatment massage with lady called Ausra, she worked her magic above and beyond, compared to unprofessional staff at East Island spa, Grand spa is excellent place to get pampered!
