Grand Hotel Kempinski Vilnius

Extremely pleased with this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, ending our road trip through the Baltic states, and it was a very comfortable experience.
The hotel is very central, all the main attractions are nearby and others are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity and on the main road you can find various shops and a supermarket, Lidl, in case you need to restock on something during your trip.
The hotel is now part of the Hilton group, we don’t know how it was before, but it runs very well. It’s modern whilst being classy, and clean.
The staff was also very professional.
There’s no easily accessible parking lot; you have to leave your keys at the reception and they’ll park it for you, and when you leave, you have to ask for them to bring your car. But the valet service worked well and it’s fast.
Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the bathroom with heated floor and both a bathtub and a shower.
The balcony was also a plus.
Breakfast buffet could be open till later, but the food choices were excellent.
We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner neither the spa. Maybe next time!

Great experience staying at this hotel! The late breakfast option was a big plus, allowing us to start our days at a relaxed pace. The rooms were quiet, providing a restful night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed the cozy spa area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location in Vilnius' Old Town was ideal, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. Also, the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was a fabulous hotel in a great location with 5 star amenities and 6 star staff. We had a great room with balcony overlooking the plaza. The location was fantastic and can’t be beat and the hotel was super comfortable and has very friendly and warm culture . Breakfast was fantastic and special shout out and thank you to Kotryna of the Hilton staff who made us feel at home during our entire stay . Thank You for making our vacation special .

I would like to thank the staff of Kempinski Vilnius for making our stay there as amazing as it was! The reception staff was so warm and welcoming, I was happy to chat to the Ladies in Red as you could tell they are happy to be there. The newly reopened restaurant with its interior design choices and a remarkable menu were outstanding (we haven’t enjoyed our dinner that much in a long time), and so was the staff there - very professional. I really recommend having drinks at their bar - they are next level!!! Overall, the hotel is amazing and the staff makes us want to come back.

Everything was amazing!!! Romantic hotel, nice spa, great staff, high-end restaurant! Loved it!

Such a lovely place to spend the night! Is located in the heart of the city and has a beautiful decoration.
The staff is really friendly and polite. They were really helpful, showing me all the best places to visit.
The breakfast is also a plus. In the weekends is served until 2 p.m., so I could sleep a little longer.
For sure I will come back.

If only the best are good enough!

As a top Contributor on Tripadvisor I have done a lot of reviews of hotels around the world. This is definitive one of my best hotel experience ever! This hotel in the city centre of Vilnius is just amazing – se my photos and you will understand why!

But the very best ting about this hotel is the outstanding service! From the moment we arrived the staff at all levels go out of there way to be helpful & friendly providing suggestions and recommendations.

The room (no 221 – see my photos) was very well appointed with super comfortable beds. The bathroom is massive with a great walk in shower. It was also very clean.

The breakfast was truly excellent with a wide selection!

For visiting Vilnius, it is in the perfect location, walking distance from every Old Town site.

And again - the service is exceptional! A highly recommended hotel - five stars all the way!!

Good location and nice premises. Some minor quality issues that are not suitable for Kempinski brand or the price range. The personnel is helpful and nice.
